Daito Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu Milking Freshly Pressed
Kyoto Kitayama Karakuchi
The label says, "KITAYAMA KARAKUCHI".
I'm not familiar with Kyoto, so I don't know...
I don't know what Kyoto Kitayama is...
It is a delicious sake.
It has a nice aroma, fruity sweetness, and a bitter bitterness.
Today is 3.11
Though the world situation and the future of Japan are uncertain...
I am truly grateful to be able to drink such delicious sake.
Nice to meet you, Hanatohiro 😊It's wonderful that you are properly thinking about that on 3.11. I'm envious of you because I've seen Dare, Sake no Wa many times and can't come across it, it's a sake I'm interested in: ‼️
SENKYO Bizen Omachi Junmai Sake
What a smooth and easy to drink sake!
It has a nice aroma, a little gas, elegant fruity and refreshing, with a bitter taste somewhere in the middle.
I'm a weak drinker, so if I drink at this pace, I might have a hangover tomorrow!
It's delicious!
Jay & Nobby, I did not have a hangover. In fact, I went to the store where I bought the Sentori today, and I had a serious hard time deciding whether to buy a bottle of this Sentori or a four-bottle bottle, which I have never had, and I bought the four-bottle WW.
Today we are celebrating the belated Dolls' Festival and my mother-in-law's retirement.
Since we are celebrating, we opened a new bottle of sake!
Junmai sake with a robust flavor, I like it, Chiyomusubi!
I bought it at a liquor store I stopped by while visiting my parents' house.
Today I enjoyed it even more than usual.
I had a horrible time because I asked the boss & the boss at work if they had any requests for today. I had a great time, not only for me, but also for them ( ꈍᴗꈍ).
Well, I was knocked out by the gentle aroma, fruity, bitter and a little punchy. It seems that there were a lot of centipedes in our area the other summer, and I had a stroke a few times at work, but tonight's delicious sake made up for it.
This sake is given by the temple and often comes from my parents-in-law who do not drink sake.
Sake degree +4
Rice polishing ratio 60

I prefer Tanigawadake Super Spicy Junmai by far.
It is a little crisp and has a touch of sweetness, but still....
Note: 2 days after opening the bottle, I felt that the alky taste has mellowed...
It goes well with my father-in-law's takuan (pickled radish)!
This liquor that had been sleeping in our house for several months.
It has a mellow and calm taste.
It is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed in large gulps.
I was careful not to drink too much, and yesterday I drank too much beer and this drink.
I was too busy drinking beer and this drink yesterday, so I had to have a glass of Milagrain, which a friend of mine told me about.
It is really delicious.
It is supposed to go well with sweetfish.
I have a sweetfish in the freezer at home.
Tonight I'm serving it with the Engawa I got from my friend.
It is delicious.
Limited Time Nama Sake for Normal Sake
It drinks like water and tastes fresh and delicious. I drink it while thinking of the crystal clear winter scenery of Niigata. (Although we have the same scenery, and our neighboring town is also in Niigata.)
Next year I will buy a bottle.
Tanigawa-dake, which is too familiar to buy for yourself.
I do buy seasonal sake and such.
This time I bought it for study.
(For work! Good luck, Watashi!)
I still want to stand and drink anyway before sitting down for dinner.
I don't like to buy anything named "super-hot" by myself!
It's delicious!
Tonight I'm having a fatty salmon (commoner!), a
fried potatoes with garlic, Caesar salad, and stew.
Garlic stir-fry, Caesar salad, and stew.
I had some sweet potatoes that I had blanched before the rice was ready, and they were delicious!
The clean, umami (sweet) and simple taste of sweet potato made me happy.
Thank you, Tanigawa-dake Super Spicy Junmai! (Thank you, Tanigawadake Super Spicy Junmai!)
At the end of the year, all the relatives returned home.
We enjoyed the Izumihashi bridge that you bought for us very much.
Not too sweet and too much to drink!
I am very happy and thankful to be able to drink sake, even though too much has happened this year!
Purchased today at a nearby liquor store
sake brewed using traditional sake yeast and yeast yeast yeast
I have only two years of sake experience, so I know what I am talking about.
When I think of Hatsushibori
I think of "fresh" as one word.
But it tastes different from what I think of as fresh.
It's full of the freshness of the sake's yeast yeast yeast.
Today's homemade gyoza (dumplings) is a nice combination!
Actually, I have been drinking too much unique Tsuchida in a row (I may not have given it to sake crocodile), so I stayed away from it for a while, but I enjoyed it.
I enjoyed it very much.
I am so happy.
Takachiyo
Limited edition, flat polished rice, orikirigarami, freshly squeezed, undiluted sake
Takachiyo
I saw other people's post here and thought it looked delicious.
Takachiyo is sold near me, but I've never seen it in hiragana.
but I had never seen hiragana before.
I found it at a liquor store I stopped by when I visited my parents' house.
Fruity aroma and delicious taste!
This one will be gone soon!
Finally opened today.
My 6th grade daughter is becoming a history buff.
I wanted to justify my drinking (?) I was justified in my drinking.
"Look, look! It's Keitora!
I was so excited that I wanted to justify my drinking.
Oh, it's so good!
Delicious!
In the midst of my endless worries, time to enjoy sake.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Sotenbo Junmai-shu Nigori Namaishu
100% Takamine-Nishiki produced in Niigata Prefecture
While coming back to our house from the liquor store
I had to go over a mountain while coming back to my house from the sake shop (laugh).
This sake was in a cooler box and rolled around on the mountain road.
When we got home and opened the cooler box, it was leaking.
It tasted so fresh, I drank too much.
◕‿◕
I'm drinking this sake that I opened a while ago while cooking dinner!
It has a full-bodied flavor with a delicious sweetness!
Good for an empty stomach!
Matsumori Daiginjo-Nama-Genshu 2022 Gin Kanade no Kai
Takachidai Dry Junmai Miyamanishiki +19 Autumn Agari Nama-zake
Autumn limited edition
I opened it the day before yesterday.
I paired it with roasted wild boar.
The wild boar has less smell than most pork.
The meat was so refreshing and tasty that I wondered if it would have been better if it had not been a dry sake.
But the young owner of the liquor store recommended this sake after much thought, and we enjoyed it very much.
Today's sake was slightly mellower than the other day.
It goes well with the pickled Chinese cabbage my father-in-law put on the table!
It is served cold, but it warms you up and is perfect for this weather that is about to start snowing!
