Today, I went to visit my sister who lives in Saitama.
I looked on the internet and found a very attractive liquor store nearby.
I couldn't decide on my own, so I chatted with the owner of the store and got three bottles.
I heard that the brewery is located in Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture, and when I think of Komagane City, the scenery of the mountains comes to mind.
I lived in Nagano Prefecture when I was a student, so just hearing the word "Nagano Prefecture" reminds me of my sweet and sour (?) youth. I can't wait to see what they have in store for us.
The fruity sweetness of this wine will make you drink too much of it.
The sweet and slightly gassy taste goes well with the spicy miso konnyaku stir-fry that my husband made for me when I got home!
It's a delicious sake!
The owner of my workplace gave me some of her handmade miso, which is very fermented and thick, and it goes really well with the sake. I'm grateful for the happiness of being able to drink sake today.
