I just bought it and opened it and drank it first before cooking rice. The gassy feeling of freshly squeezed new sake. I didn't want it to be too sweet. I thought it would be too sweet, but I found it to be more pungent than sweet. I thought it would be too sweet, but I found it to be more spicy than sweet. It seems to go well with various dishes.

Bitter taste is delicious 😀. Bitter bitter and sweet I used to drink only sake since my sake debut, it's so good! But since I contracted corona, I've been subtly? But since I contracted corona, my internal organs have been damaged and I've been getting screwed by Sake more and more 😱. The hot weather has also made me regain my love for beer. Sake was jam-packed, and I couldn't buy new ones because my husband's strict eyes would shine on me if I increased the stock. I had to put up with a lot, but today I went down to the town from the mountain. I stopped by Sake no Asahiya in high spirits! I had a hard time deciding, but I wanted a summer sake, so I went with this one. The summer cucumber-nut hell that is the countryside had begun, so Chicken, cucumber and nut salad (great for tsumami!) ,. Octopus and wasabi grilled mackerel, and Chicken cutlet which I fried up yesterday (my husband) Oh, I felt so happy with sake. I want to visit Kochi Prefecture!

Today I had time to go to Ichimasuya. I was tempted by many things, but I decided to buy Sugiyuu for sure when I went to Ichimasuya, so I'm glad I got it 😊. Dewanosato 100% Junmai Junmai sake Sake meter degree +3 Acidity 1.7 Really delicious! The sweetness of the rice is felt with a clean and bitter aftertaste. Stewed bracken, butterbur and bamboo shoots, steak (cheap meat), sashimi of yellowtail, sweetened boiled egg Sashimi of yellowtail and sweetened boiled egg! We enjoyed it deliciously!

I went to a liquor store in town. I was disappointed that they didn't sell the sake I was looking for. I got this instead ☺️. I was looking for a refreshing summer sake, so I got this one instead ☺️. It is a summer gin with a production date of 2022.4. It is a Junmai Daiginjo at this price, sweet (not too sweet) and gentle on the palate. It is sweet (not too sweet) and has a gentle taste, definitely not good if you are on a diet. Delicious, delicious, delicious! There are only a few of them, but I liked this one the best among all the Oze yukis I have had so far.

Today is Mother's Day, so I opened this bottle. There is a flower (peony?) on the label. The Chinese character for "Phoenix" is one of the Chinese characters of my son's name. It is the most cost-effective and tasty! Today I drank it at room temperature with a plate full of wild vegetables and tempura. I read somewhere that it has the best lukewarm potential, so I think I'll drink it lukewarm tomorrow. It's a little dry, gentle taste, and the label design is perfect for me! I'm so happy 🤗.

Two weeks after testing positive for corona. Checking in after a long time It was very delicious. Sweet drink, a little fruity, a fragrant and a little refreshing. Yamadanishiki 21%, Ihyakumangoku 79 Rice with bamboo shoots picked in the morning scallop steamed with butter Kogomi (Japanese horsetail), etc. We enjoyed them very much. I have been almost abstaining from alcohol (almost?) during my home isolation treatment in Corona. (Laughter, laughter) I ate three solid meals, didn't move at all, but lost weight, probably because I didn't drink nearly as much alcohol (nearly? I feel like I haven't had a treat in the past few days because my husband has been the busiest man on the job. Yanagisawa Sake Brewery Trial The details of the sake quality have not yet been disclosed because it is a challenge project. Whether or not it will be sold as an official product will depend on the response. It is a sweet sake (not sweet-tart). It goes well with today's snacks. Actually, I would be more excited to drink sake with something he made for me. But I have my grandfather's homemade sake, so I guess it's all good. Today's snack for me is Soaked tofu paste which my father-in-law picked from the field. Soaked horseradish leaves that my father-in-law picked from the field. I bought it in March at Ponshu-kan in Yuzawa. When I was just there, a person from the brewery? was introducing it in the store. I bought it anyway. I am sorry. I didn't expect much. This is delicious! It is said to be a very rare sake from Niigata Prefecture. 100% Takane-nishiki from Nagaoka It tastes a bit like a robust rice flavor and is very good. My husband said it was dry, but my tongue is too stupid to understand. Anyway, delicious! Fresh, calorie-dense cod sprouts tempura. Sashimi of cuttlefish (seriously, it goes with this!) The Thanks for the tasty snacks, including sashimi. Later Talks It was still delicious and gone in no time. I will buy again!

The other day I went to Niigata. I often get sake from Niigata, which is close to my home, but there are so many different kinds of sake in Niigata that I was planning to buy some from a local brewery that I don't usually see in the places I visit. I stopped by the supermarket and found this on sale. I don't often come across them, so I just picked one up. 1600 yen is within my budget. ◕‿◕◕ Tonight's main dish is sashimi of okoze and mebaru. They are protein-rich, but fresh and sticky, and I enjoyed them with this sake. The news of the war is about to hit my mind, but I'm thankful for my daily life and the delicious sake‿◕.

I served it chilled. Delicious - I could get drunk and cry (annoying)! Today I went to a fish shop and enjoyed yellowtail, vinegared octopus, and yellowtail kama. I bought some at the grocery store when I went back to my hometown, Takasaki, yesterday. The sourness of the pickled yam went terribly well with the Yum!
