Today was a good day! I went to Ichimasu-ya Sake Shop with my lovely friend J, and we had a wonderful day of chatting and choosing sake. We both knew what we wanted from the store's SNS, but we were also excited to see what else we liked. Aisan's 100% Daihai Machouman My first goal was this one. As I've only been drinking sake for a year, I got a lot of my information from the Sake-no-Wa app here. Aiyama call? I was quite curious about Aizan when I saw the I got the information about Aiyama at a nearby liquor store (well, it's over a mountain), so I thought I'd better get it, and then my friend invited me! The image of Ohyaibai itself does not betray the fact that it is a local food sake, especially Oke Nanchara-go (sorry), which was very tasty. The Macho series can be bought at any time, so I put it off. But I couldn't miss the Aizan 100% raw sake, so I bought it. I drank it. Today, my husband made roast beef for me. Also, my mother-in-law brought over some miso oden and my husband's special chicken curry. The spicy curry went well with the sweet fruity machouman. Be careful not to drink too much.

Today is my little girl's birthday! I opened this one to celebrate. （My daughter is in elementary school, so it doesn't matter...) Ginzou no Kai Vintage 2021 Brewed sake (R2BY) It was a little dry for me, but I could feel the richness deep down. I enjoyed it very much.

I've been stuck in a traffic jam with all the sake I opened at New Year's. Finally, it's my turn. In order to prevent spillage when opening the bottle, I repeatedly twisted the lid and closed it immediately about 10 times. I kept seeing bubbles in the bottle, and I kept thinking Ooooh! It's beautiful! I got excited every time. Today, we had hokke and salted fish. I was so excited every time I saw them. Tochio's fried bean curd! It was the best with more bonito flakes and green onions.

The third sake my sister-in-law bought me for New Year's. It's delicious! It's been a little over a week since I opened the bottle today. At the specialty store Takizawa of Japanese sake and wine The husband bought it for me. The label says the highest peak of the special order series. Only one good tank is selected, and and filled it with as little human intervention as possible. It is the sake of the bare skin beauty. It is written on the label. Tanigawadake's stock is going up and up in my mind (who am I to judge?). (Who am I to judge?). ) It has a clear taste, but when you taste it in your mouth, it's a rich and solid sake. When I had it with one of today's snacks, a vinegared octopus that was so hard from the New Year's holiday that it made my jaw feel like it was going to lose weight, the taste changed to a very mellow one. I enjoyed it again. The Hiyaoroshi, Junmai Shiboritate, and this Junmai Daiginjo Genshu are all delicious and will make you want to buy more.

I really wanted to drink Keitora's nigori as well. So I went to Ichimasu-ya sake shop in the snow, over the mountain. While driving alone through a mountain pass, I encountered a herd of 7.8 deer. I reported to my husband, who is a hunter, that there was only one fine male in the herd. He told me that the rest were females or young males. Surely there were no long horned ones... Oh, it had nothing to do with alcohol! Before mixing the nigori, I drank the clear supernatant. Clear and very tasty! After mixing it, of course it was thicker than the supernatant. It's tangy and delicious! Happiness, sake gives me happiness in my life.

I bought it yesterday at my local supermarket. Not the popular Macho series, but this one (-‿-). My husband grilled a very tasty grilled mackerel. Along with the leftovers of yesterday's nabe and my father-in-law's special takuan I wanted to have an unpretentious drink. I got this from the president of my workplace. Tanigawadake Shiboritate It's so delicious! I can feel the sweetness and spiciness strongly, and it is delicious. I like it with mayonnaise and some miso handmade by the landlady at work. I love it when I dip my father-in-law's fresh autumn daikon radish in it. The rich fermentation of the miso is irresistibly delicious. I can't stop drinking! It's a happy evening drink. By the way, I find that if the snacks are too delicate, the delicious sake is not as exciting as it could be. I like this one the best out of the several Tanigawa Dake I've drunk. By the way, the second picture is Tanigawa-dake this morning!
