I bought this sake at Ponshukan in the summer and kept it in a cool dark place in my house.

It was first served at room temperature. Hmmm, a little sourness, a little density, a little maturity?
Next, I had it warmed up.
I think it tastes better warmed, by far.
Today we had a simple nabe, and I boiled some ramen noodles to go with it, to make the kids happy.
I boiled some ramen noodles and added some mochi.
We had potato salad, roast chicken, kimchi, etc.
It was a very simple dish.
