Bought at a warehouse
A little spicy, but it has a good rice taste and leaves a good aftertaste on the palate.
It has a refreshing aftertaste when paired with salty foods.
It is a small brewery and I have never seen it sold in Saitama Prefecture.
The lineup is small, but it seems to be carefully produced.
At Koedo Kurasato's sake tasting room
First visit to Yokozeki Sake Brewery in Misato-cho, Saitama
I was surprised at how easy it was to drink!
Saitama sake is not to be underestimated!
Today is my solo, free time.
I wasn't sure where to go, but I wandered over to Kawagoe.
From Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine, I went to a liquor store (Masuya Shuzuya) on the street where the bell of time tolls, and got takeout CoEd draft beer.
It is quite crowded.
There is also a Japanese style Starbucks near the bell of time.
After lunch, we arrived at our usual Koedo Kurazato sake tasting place.
It is a facility like Saitama Prefecture's version of Niigata's Ponshukan. It is like a Saitama Prefecture version of Niigata's Ponshukan.
The price is 500 yen and 3 coins.
We started with the "best" Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake from Tenjin.
Soft and fruity.
....... 4.
Impression
Although it is alky sake, it tastes surprisingly good, probably because it is 20 degrees Celsius, dark, and unpasteurized.
It is also good on the rocks.

Sake from my hometown, Saitama.
I found this brewery during my son's soccer practice game expedition.
This time, we were playing golf nearby, so we stopped by.
The sake is of course easy to drink and delicious, but the "Narazuke" sold at the store is also excellent.
Amanin Arabashiri Junmai Daiginjo Unrefined Nama-shu 17% 50%.
720ml 1870yen
Purchased at Yokozeki Sake Brewery in Saitama. The brewery is located in an inconspicuous location and produces a beautiful sake that is consumed by the local people of Kodama County.
The other bottle I bought, a special pure sake, was excellent. The Arabashiri is also very promising.
The first sip of the bottle.
There is a little gas. It is spicy but juicy. The fruit is apple, cucumber, and lemon.
The finish is sharp and pleasant.
I tried to check its reputation on the Internet, but almost nothing came up. I found some rather harsh comments, but I thought it was delicious.
Half of the sake produced at this brewery is sold as raw sake, which can only be purchased directly from the brewery, so it is not sold in other prefectures.
It is the smallest brewery in Saitama, so the production volume is very small. I would like to try a fire-brewed sake next time.

Tenjin Tokusyu Junmai Unfiltered Namaizu
15% 60% 720ml 1212yen
I saw an unknown brewery on my way to Teisho in Saitama. It was called Yokozeki Sake Brewery. I went in without thinking. There was a bottle of raw sake in the fridge. The label was simple, but it looked delicious, so I bought it without hesitation.
I opened the bottle at home. I heard a light puff of gas.
The first sip.
Oh, it's good.
It is a rather simple sake, but it has the cleanliness of water and a sharp taste. It has a strong sense of nama-shu, but it is not rough, and the acidity is moderate. It is modest but well-balanced.
When I blind-drank this sake with a company employee of the Kinshokai, he said, "I feel the quality of the sake is too hard. I was told that Teisho near here uses hard water from the Chichibu mountain range, and there is a high possibility that the same water is used in the brewery. That's what I'd expect from a company employee.
The website of the brewery says that they sell 100% of their sake directly from the brewery. No wonder you don't see this sake around.
I thought I might like it better than Teisho, which was my goal. The brewery is not very sophisticated, but I felt the warmth of the sales office.

Saitama Prefecture is our neighbor, but we have not been able to encounter sake from Saitama.
I heard that this sake is made by the smallest sake brewery in Saitama.
It's cute that it's called "unfiltered raw" and not "raw unfiltered" (◍-ᴗ-◍)
Alcohol content 15 degrees Celsius
Rice polishing ratio 60
Sake meter degree +1, acidity 1.8
Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius
Delicious.
Tonight's main side dish will be from Kakuei Fisheries, a
Red snow crab, yellowtail sashimi and Amani-San
It was too good to be true and I was happy.
The sweetness and freshness of the sake was delicious.
By the way, the first sip of the first bottle had a sweet taste followed by a bitter taste.
It was delicious.
Murocanama namanama, namanama namanama!
Later in the day.
I had a glass of what is called "modern sake" and then drank this sake. It is a relaxing taste, and although I basically drink with restraint so as not to drink too much, it is a taste that makes me want to drink more.
I bought a cheapest regular sake at the brewery for about 200 yen per bottle.
The impression we got when we drank it was that this is the kind of sake made of rice.
We felt we should drink it after drinking some more things to understand how good it is.
We would like to buy it again when we pass by the brewery, as it's probably not available in most liquor stores.
