Good evening ✨ It's a Junmai Daiginjo from Kudokamide! It's a very cost-effective one 🤭 (I think it was around 1,600 yen). It's sweet, but it's made from rice that's been cut down to the finest quality. It has a clear aftertaste 🍶. I want to drink Jr Kabakuren next. Postscript After a few days, the sweetness will be further refined lol This sweetness is rather amazing. When it's sweet, it tends to leave an alcoholic taste as well, but this one is wonderful because it leaves only a comparatively sweet taste.

Good evening! It has been a long time since I posted here: 😊✨ Tonight I chose "Tobiroki" Black Label (Junmai Ginjo) 🍶. I tried it chilled. It has a well-balanced expression of the umami and sweetness of the rice. The dry aftertaste makes it very easy to drink! I think it has a high degree of perfection as a sake. Good evening 🌃✨ Today, I chose a "light nigori" sake from Tazake that I was curious about! It's a stone, but it's delicious 👊( ¨💪💪) It has a ginjo aroma like green apples and a silky mouthfeel. It has a nice sweetness and bitterness with a smooth and crisp ending 💕. The nigori type is almost at the end of its season. I hope to enjoy it with a little sadness!

Doburoku from Hyakurugakumon!!!!!!! Second bottle this quarter!!!! This is too good! The whole family loves it! Even my sister who doesn't drink sake can drink this! She says it's delicious! LOL! I usually only buy 720mℓ, but this one is always short, so I bought it in 1.8L ✨. It's very tasty with its freshness, sweet and sourness with a perfect lactobacillus effect, and the unique tenderness of doburoku👍. If you want to drink doburoku, Hyakurugakumon is the best for me personally😊.

Today, we visited the Imanishi Sake Brewery head office in Miwa, Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture, where "Mimuro Sugi" is produced. We were very excited to see the historic brewery! (Photos were taken with the permission of the brewery👍) And then... We chose the "Mimurosugi" series, which is distributed only at the brewery and local directly-managed stores and is written in Kanji characters (special dealers distribute "Mimurosugi" written in Hiragana characters) 😊. We were able to purchase an unfiltered Junmai Ginjyo, which they had just put on the store shelves today! (Thank you very much for your kind explanation!) So we drank it with a grouper hot pot using grouper we caught the other day and it is so delicious 🥺. Freshness, fruity sweetness, crisp finish, all really delicious! I hope to visit Imanishi Shuzo again♪

Long time no see Kido!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is my first time in the Muryozan series and I'm looking forward to it✨ I found it to be very tasty, with a clean minerality and just a hint of fruity sweetness without any quirks!!! It's the type that goes down like water 👍. And yesterday, I was fishing in Wakayama. I was aiming for kampachi, but I caught a lot of groupers 🤣(some of them are not in the picture lol) Kido also has a brewery in Wakayama, so today we enjoyed a Wakayama meal with the grouper we caught and Kido✨✨✨✨. Best to say the least ✨✨✨.

I actually opened the bottle at the end of the year, but I was late posting it. m(*_ _)m Immediately after opening the bottle, the main aroma was of rice, and the fruity flavor was rather subdued. New Year's Special, keep posting! Nabeshima Aiyama Junmai Daiginjo! I managed to purchase the last bottle on my recent trip to Kyushu! This is a special daiginjo brewed by Tomikuchiyo Shuzo (Nabeshima) from the well-known and rare "Aiyama" rice! This pink label was surely going to be delicious. I wonder how it will taste. What do you think? Now, open the bottle! Ahh, this is quintessentially delicious! LOL! (1) Slight schwarziness 2) Elegant sweetness with acidity, fruity like strawberry (only possible with pink label) (3) Pleasant ginjo aroma (you can also taste the deliciousness of rice) (4) Clean aftertaste Really delicious! I can't stop drinking it! I sealed it up for today with the further expectation that it will become more "Aizan-like" as the days go by. So, I'll be drinking a lot of sake this year, too! Thank you for your continued support this year!

Happy New Year 🎉 So we're opening a special for the first time in the new year! One we miraculously stumbled upon on our recent trip to Kyushu! Nabeshima Akitsu Yamadanishiki 35% Junmai Daiginjo This is a very special bottle brewed by Tomikuchiyo Shuzo (Nabeshima) with 35% special A Yamadanishiki from Tojo Akitsu in Hyogo Prefecture 😭. It is a great sake in both name and reality, having won gold medals in Japan and Kyushu last year. I've never had a sake that expresses such a full aroma of rice so well 👌✨. It's a very elegant and delicious sake! 1) Soft sweetness (2) Immediately followed by juicy and full rice flavor (ginjo aroma?). Yamada Nishiki? What the heck is this?) (3) There is a lingering aftertaste, but it is sharp, refreshing and clean. →(4) It goes very well with grilled crab (probably the best with any grilled food, especially vegetables and seafood. (Probably goes well with any grilled food, especially vegetables and seafood.) It enhances the natural flavor of the ingredients! It's also suitable for matching with meals like that! Hirotogawa! First at room temperature! The first day it wasn't particularly distinctive, but from the second day on, it was delicious, with a firm ripe melon, muscat-like fruit aroma!
