Today, too, we compare the Wind Forest drinks ✨. First word, awesome!!! First up, this season's edition of Alpha1🍶 just arrived. They have made the following changes this time 🤭. Alcohol content: 12% to 14 Polishing ratio 65% to 70 This has given the sake a sweeter taste and deeper aroma. We opened the bottle immediately while looking forward to it! Oh, I may be offended if I say this, but... This is a slightly carbonated juice. Low alcohol + rummy sweetness makes it easy to drink... ♪ Akitsuho 507 is more fruity, but this is easier to drink👍. It's only 1,430 yen for 720ml, so it's too good a deal! I'm going to enjoy it as time goes by! I will post the dewy leaf style separately!

First time at Sharaku😊 It was an elegant yogurt & fruity sake with a hint of lactic acidity ✨. It tasted so much better after a little time than right after opening the bottle, like a flower opening. And what can I say, we had a luxurious drinking comparison with Senkou (¡°Oh!). I am speechless now. 😋 And then today, Benihana Musume, the highest quality mikan (Katsudo 28), arrived from Ehime. Um, I've never had 🍊 like this before, so juicy, thick-fleshed, sweet and tart (((o(*p▽▽*)o))). Japan is the best.

First time The "sourness" of the wine lived up to the rumors. I could understand that the sake, being modern and immaculate, was not only delicious on its own, but also that it did not disturb the food. I also understood that it does not disturb the dishes. This is delicious 😋. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer. Then, I compared it with Sharaku. Although they are completely different types of sake, I drank both of them easily. It was a luxurious day!

Continuing on from earlier, a series of posts. Compared to Akitsuho 657 (junmai sake), Akitsuho 507 (junmai daiginjo) has a more gorgeous aroma, yet it disappears more smoothly without any cloying taste. The moment it hits the palate, the spicy, slightly effervescent taste and pear-like sweetness spreads refreshingly. Afterwards, a faint smoky aroma could also be detected. (Especially when I started drinking it) Personally, between the two above, I found this 507 to be more to my liking! I would like to drink the Alpha series next.

Today we visited Higashikawa Sake Brewery, located right next to Aburicho Sake Brewery, the brewery where "Kaze no Mori" originated in Gosho City, Nara Prefecture. Of course, we were looking for the Kaze no Mori series. The first bottle was Akitsuho 657, but we chose the Higashikawa Sake Brewery's limited series, which is made with a technique called ikakitori, or colander, which means it is not exposed to air ✨. The flavor is very much like Kaze no Mori. It has a mild, juicy sweetness, with flavors of pear and melon that quickly fade away. I think it has a slightly richer aroma than the regular Akitsuho 657. The price is very reasonable and very nice. The 507 was also great and I will post it separately.

Slight fizziness right after opening the bottle, fruity aroma right after putting it in the mouth, and a clean aftertaste. It's good 😋.
