It's shwashy, fruity, sweet, and umami! It also has a nice sharpness. ⭕️ Maybe it's better than Kaze no Mori! It is so perfect that it is even better than Kaze no Mori! LOL! I see on the label that they use No. 7 yeast ✨. TakaGood evening... I haven't posted in a while lol. (I've been drinking sake as usual 🤣) Tonight I'll be drinking Kameizumi's CEL-24, which I've been curious about! It's a very sweet sake with a sake strength of -11 🤣. But the alcohol content is 14%, so it is not difficult to drink. It tastes great chilled in the freezer for about 30 minutes before sipping 👍✨. It's more like a dessert than a food wine? Feels like a dessert lol.

The original drinking time for this lot is after 3 years unopened. I couldn't wait that long. LOL! When is the best time to drink it after opening the bottle? I'm tasting it every day. But it doesn't open at all. LOL! This is a very hard impression, isn't it? LOL. I'd rather let it lie for a few weeks to a few months or I'm not sure if I should leave it for a few weeks to a few months or take the plunge and drink it all. LOL!
