Hirotogawa!
First at room temperature!
The first day it wasn't particularly distinctive, but from the second day on, it was delicious, with a firm ripe melon, muscat-like fruit aroma!
Next, I had it lukewarm, about 40 degrees!
This also broadened the aroma and was very enjoyable!
December is the month of sake rush, so there is a lot of sake to drink...
I'll be careful not to get a hangover, but I'll enjoy comparing sake! LOL!
