Good evening... I haven't posted in a while lol. (I've been drinking sake as usual 🤣) Tonight I'll be drinking Kameizumi's CEL-24, which I've been curious about! It's a very sweet sake with a sake strength of -11 🤣. But the alcohol content is 14%, so it is not difficult to drink. It tastes great chilled in the freezer for about 30 minutes before sipping 👍✨. It's more like a dessert than a food wine? Feels like a dessert lol.

Good evening... These are the new political cosmos I purchased last week!!! The day I opened the bottle. It tastes astringent, sour and brittle, this is... lol 🤣. As a comment from the brewery. The original drinking time for this lot is after 3 years unopened. I couldn't wait that long. LOL! When is the best time to drink it after opening the bottle? I'm tasting it every day. But it doesn't open at all. LOL! This is a very hard impression, isn't it? LOL. I'd rather let it lie for a few weeks to a few months or I'm not sure if I should leave it for a few weeks to a few months or take the plunge and drink it all. LOL! I can only think of it as part of the fun of having to keep an eye on the timing. How about you guys, what do you think about cosmos?

Good evening... ♪♪ Daimine is delicious! The aroma of rice is alive in the sweetness and sourness. It's a nice touch👍 However, for a low alcohol content, it smells strongly of alcohol! Oh, that's so good! Good evening. I'm drinking Ozawa no Sakura followed by Tasake's Hanabukiyuki special junmai! I found myself drinking as many cups as I can 💓. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and the softness of the ending is very elegant and delicious 👍 Another good day 😄.

Ummmmm! Good evening 🌃 Tonight we had "Ozawa no Sakura" from Genba Honten! I was looking forward to it from the reservation stage and received it on the first day it was available for pickup✨. Good evening, Mr. President. Tonight is my favorite windy forest👍 This is new! A special 100% brown rice version, made in collaboration with a beer craft brewer! It's schwashy + fruity, sweet like a grape. You can taste the residual aroma of brown rice (beer, maltiness) at the end! Sometimes these things are good!!! 👍

Good evening ✨ It's a Junmai Daiginjo from Kudokamide! It's a very cost-effective one 🤭 (I think it was around 1,600 yen). It's sweet, but it's made from rice that's been cut down to the finest quality. It has a clear aftertaste 🍶. I want to drink Jr Kabakuren next. Postscript After a few days, the sweetness will be further refined lol This sweetness is rather amazing. When it's sweet, it tends to leave an alcoholic taste as well, but this one is wonderful because it leaves only a comparatively sweet taste.

Good evening! It has been a long time since I posted here: 😊✨ Tonight I chose "Tobiroki" Black Label (Junmai Ginjo) 🍶. I tried it chilled. It has a well-balanced expression of the umami and sweetness of the rice. The dry aftertaste makes it very easy to drink! I think it has a high degree of perfection as a sake. Good evening 🌃✨ Today, I chose a "light nigori" sake from Tazake that I was curious about! It's a stone, but it's delicious 👊( ¨💪💪) It has a ginjo aroma like green apples and a silky mouthfeel. It has a nice sweetness and bitterness with a smooth and crisp ending 💕. The nigori type is almost at the end of its season. I hope to enjoy it with a little sadness!

Doburoku from Hyakurugakumon!!!!!!! Second bottle this quarter!!!! This is too good! The whole family loves it! Even my sister who doesn't drink sake can drink this! She says it's delicious! LOL! I usually only buy 720mℓ, but this one is always short, so I bought it in 1.8L ✨. It's very tasty with its freshness, sweet and sourness with a perfect lactobacillus effect, and the unique tenderness of doburoku👍. If you want to drink doburoku, Hyakurugakumon is the best for me personally😊.

Today, we visited the Imanishi Sake Brewery head office in Miwa, Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture, where "Mimuro Sugi" is produced. We were very excited to see the historic brewery! (Photos were taken with the permission of the brewery👍) And then... We chose the "Mimurosugi" series, which is distributed only at the brewery and local directly-managed stores and is written in Kanji characters (special dealers distribute "Mimurosugi" written in Hiragana characters) 😊. We were able to purchase an unfiltered Junmai Ginjyo, which they had just put on the store shelves today! (Thank you very much for your kind explanation!) So we drank it with a grouper hot pot using grouper we caught the other day and it is so delicious 🥺. Freshness, fruity sweetness, crisp finish, all really delicious! I hope to visit Imanishi Shuzo again♪
