It's already unquestionably delicious lol! First of all, the aroma at the time of opening the bottle is very gorgeous! I always check the aroma when I open the bottle, but it's in a different league. When I drank it, The gasiness of the wine is very pleasant. The flavor and aroma of Hyogo Prefecture's special A rice (which can also be found in Nabeshima's Junmai Daiginjo class). It's shwashy, fruity, sweet, and umami! It also has a nice sharpness. ⭕️ Maybe it's better than Kaze no Mori! It is so perfect that it is even better than Kaze no Mori! LOL! Good evening... I haven't posted in a while lol. (I've been drinking sake as usual 🤣) Tonight I'll be drinking Kameizumi's CEL-24, which I've been curious about! It's a very sweet sake with a sake strength of -11 🤣. But the alcohol content is 14%, so it is not difficult to drink. It tastes great chilled in the freezer for about 30 minutes before sipping 👍✨. It's more like a dessert than a food wine? Feels like a dessert lol.

The original drinking time for this lot is after 3 years unopened. I couldn't wait that long. LOL! When is the best time to drink it after opening the bottle? I'm tasting it every day. But it doesn't open at all. LOL! This is a very hard impression, isn't it? LOL. Good evening ✨ It's a Junmai Daiginjo from Kudokamide! It's a very cost-effective one 🤭 (I think it was around 1,600 yen). It's sweet, but it's made from rice that's been cut down to the finest quality. It has a clear aftertaste 🍶. I want to drink Jr Kabakuren next. Postscript After a few days, the sweetness will be further refined lol This sweetness is rather amazing. When it's sweet, it tends to leave an alcoholic taste as well, but this one is wonderful because it leaves only a comparatively sweet taste.
