New Year's Special, keep posting!
Nabeshima Aiyama Junmai Daiginjo!
I managed to purchase the last bottle on my recent trip to Kyushu!
This is a special daiginjo brewed by Tomikuchiyo Shuzo (Nabeshima) from the well-known and rare "Aiyama" rice!
This pink label was surely going to be delicious.
I wonder how it will taste. What do you think?

Ahh, this is quintessentially delicious! LOL!
(1) Slight schwarziness
2) Elegant sweetness with acidity, fruity like strawberry (only possible with pink label)
(3) Pleasant ginjo aroma (you can also taste the deliciousness of rice)
(4) Clean aftertaste
Really delicious!
I can't stop drinking it!
I sealed it up for today with the further expectation that it will become more "Aizan-like" as the days go by.
So, I'll be drinking a lot of sake this year, too!
