The meat and sauce make it slightly spicy, but it doesn't clash with the meat or sauce, doesn't take advantage of the flavor, and stands up to the oil to cleanse it after it is quickly passed over 😚.
If you take a break to take a sip, it feels like sugar water and rests you 🥰.

This restaurant has a lineup of sake that is as good as the yakiniku, so you will want to come here regularly for yakiniku 🍖 & sake 🍶 🤤.
Nabesama is a staple because it's fruity and can further collaborate with meat 🍖😋. ヒロ☀️

Moist, sweet and tasty, with subtle carbonation 🫧.

I think besides Nabeshima, Shichida (Omachi) would be a good match. I think Junmai or Tokubetsu Junmai class would be the best to match with the meat 😆.

It is made with apple yeast🍎 so of course it is sweet and sour apple taste🍎.
The acidity was strong and fresh.
This was a somewhat challenging combination for grilled meat 😆. ヒロ☀️

The refreshing sourness jumps in first 😙.
Perfectly eliminated the slight fishy smell of grilled liver🫥.
A little sweetness, but a good collaboration to match the meat 🥩😆.

It's the annual Yakiniku 🥩 & Sake 🍶.
Today, Nanada-senpai and Nabeshima-senpai will refrain and take on a new meat sake 😤.
It has a strong sweet and umami flavor and is as rich as the meat 😊.
It also has a clean aftertaste and helps to wash away the oil from the meat.
I appreciate that it does a good job 😏, but it doesn't have enough moves to stand up to the meat 🥩, so I'm looking forward to more of that 🤗. ポンちゃんGood morning, Hiro 🐥.
Meat Sake 😆A new genre has been established along with Nice Masamune 👍I think we have to work harder now that we are mainly meat eaters 😊.

This was my first time to visit Genzai, but I chose it because I have a feeling that they have sake that goes well with yakiniku: ❗️

From my research so far, I've come to the conclusion that when it comes to Yakiniku🥩, you can't miss Shichida 😆.
It has a clear acidity and a clear throat.
It helps to drain the oil from the meat and enhances the flavor 😁.
It makes me feel like I'm in the mood for yakiniku 🥩.
Nanada-kun gently and tenderly accompanies the burnt hormones as well 😆.

Sweet and sour like green apple🍏. The acidity is weak. There is a slight bitterness at the end that adds a sake-like quality.
There is also a ginjo aroma that is very satisfying 😊. ma-ki-Hi Hiro, good evening.
A crackling carbonated sake would be a great way to smooth off the fat from the yakiniku 🥩.
And I'm intrigued by the sake that looks like it has a good balance of sweetness and sourness with a less sake-like appearance 😊. ヒロHi ma-ki-😄
It was easy to drink, more modern and easy to drink despite the stiffness of the label 😆.
It's good with more than just meat, and it's also delicious on its own 😚.

A refreshing, uniquely honjozo-like brew 🙄.
Don't let yourself think "it's alsobe anyway".
It has a robust and solid taste with a full-bodied sweetness at its core. There is no sense of alcohol.

The sweetness and umami😙 are distinct. The sweetness is not too strong, but rather refreshing. It has a nice clean taste.
The final taste is a bit astringent with a walnut-like astringency, and the aftertaste is tightened.
When combined with yakiniku sauce, it has a numbing sensation that enhances the flavor of the meat 😊. ヒロ☀️
