Tokorozawa Sakura Town's "Sake Brewery Fest Made in Saitama 2025" 😁.
It's somewhat moderately sweet, like a pear 🍐.
I think it's close to Kosui 🤔.
The astringency disappears leaving a bitter taste at the end.
The overall finish is refreshing 😙.
I wonder if the mainstream sake that comes out in the summer is the light and refreshing type that makes the cups go further even when it's hot 🤗.
