When I visited Ise Jingu Shrine on a trip to Ise-Shima, I bought the one that was the easiest to drink after comparing three kinds at Morishita-san. (One of them, however, I couldn't buy because it was already sold out.) It is a little classic, but has the refreshing and sweetness of Junmai Daiginjo, and may be suitable as an in-between-dinner drink. Mie also has a high level of sake!

I remember drinking Nanamizu a long time ago and being surprised to find it to be a juice! I remember being surprised when I drank Nanamizu. This one is also a juice! It is not too strong, but has a refreshing muscat flavor, and is a good summer drink. It is a good summer drink.

The 100th check-in was a hana-yosu, which I was able to buy by chance! But I was a little disappointed that I didn't like the taste as much as I had hoped... The aroma and taste are pineapple-like as rumored, but the sweetness is a bit peculiar. Maybe I prefer something "sweet and tasty but dry". But the fact that the habit doesn't linger and the drink goes on and on makes it a great sake!

Good evening, Mokeke-san! 🙂 Congratulations on your 100 check-ins! 🎉🎉 It's great that you brought Hahoyo Yuso to the number 👍! I guess it depends on whether you like it or not. 😅

Thanks for your comment, Kumagai-san: 🙇‍♂️ I'm sure it's "out of the ordinary", but I can't help but have my own taste preferences 😅. It's fun to drink different kinds of drinks and find my own taste! 😁

Good morning, Mokeke 😃! Congratulations on your 100 check-in ㊗️ 🎉 I know what you mean! We too were longing for Huayoyangyu, but when we tried it, the sweetness won out 😅I prefer fruity dry now!

Thank you Jay & Nobby. We have the same tastes 😆 There are still many brands that I haven't had yet, so I'll be working on my tastes even more lol 🍶.

I had been putting off drinking Nabeshima, thinking I could drink it anytime, but I finally got around to it! It was a modern, sweet and delicious wine! I know I was warned to be careful when opening the bottle, but I don't think I felt that much gas. But I'm sure I'll finish it soon 😊.

Purchased at Koriyama station during a trip to Fukushima. It has a strong, melon-like flavor, similar to other Fukushima sake, and my taste buds were right on the money! It may be a bit similar to Hirotogawa's nigori. I also liked all the other Fukushima sake I drank in Koriyama.

I have been wanting to try Haneya for a long time. It is a seasonal light nigori, and the label is nice! The aroma and sweetness are moderate, but it goes well with a meal. The alcohol content is 14%, so it will be gone before you know it.

Sweet and sour juice like strawberry! I also drank Oze no Yukidoke peach colored nigorigo, but I think I prefer this one. I thought this peach color might be made from red yeast malt, which is a hot topic right now, but when I looked at the homepage, it clearly says "No red yeast malt is used" 😆 I guess there were a lot of inquiries about it. I guess there were a lot of inquiries about it. Well, personally, I don't think red yeast rice itself is a problem 🙄.

This is the first Jikin that I won after using up all my luck this year in the lottery! It has a "juwatto" feeling that I have not experienced since drinking Jyushiyo, and it is exquisitely balanced and just delicious. It's so good and perfectly balanced. It's great on its own or with a meal, and I'm sure it will run out soon... Even if I have a hard day's work, I may be able to work hard just because I can drink it when I get home. (I'm sure the backlash will be great once I finish it 😳)

Purchased at the Sei Shuzo Brewery during a trip to Gunma Prefecture. I was told that the "Sei" brand was not available outside of Gunma, so I was allowed to sample this brand, which is distributed within the prefecture, and chose this one because it had the most "piquancy". I had an image that locally distributed brands have a classic flavor, but Kanto-no-Hana is delicious with a modern sweet-tart taste! (I'm sure it will be popular in Tokyo as well) Now I want to try hijirizumu 👌.

I was lured to buy it by word of mouth that it looks like a sludge, but it is not. It is true that it goes down your throat easily despite its appearance, but it is still much thicker than other nigori-style beverages. It's a little too much to drink by itself, but it's good with strong dishes.

I bought this sake because it was praised by Sake Sento Horiichi and I was curious about it. I had never had moromi sake before, but it was a thicker version of nigori (nigori), and while it was very drinkable, it was not too sweet and had a nice balance. There are some bumps at the bottom of the glass, which gives you the feeling of eating rice like amazake!

A sake from Fukushima that I wanted to drink. It may be similar to Sharaku, also from Fukushima. As the label says, it is well-balanced and tastes good without being boring! The oriki was almost imperceptible.

Happy New Year! The first bottle of the new year is my favorite Sharaku, which I bought for the New Year! After much deliberation, I decided to go with the bottle that I thought I would never get tired of drinking... I was told that there were both shogobin and mashubin available, and after much deliberation, I decided to go for the mashubin because I thought I would never get tired of drinking it...! I've been on a sake binge since this morning 🍶🤭.

I managed to get some while it was quickly sold out, and I'm glad I did... The supernatant alone is delicious, but mixing the lees makes it even tastier by increasing the piquancy and sweetness of the rice! Maybe sweeter than last year? I'm glad I got a bottle. It will run out really quickly🤔.

I remember drinking it a few years ago and thinking it was like melon rind, but this time it seems more melon-y and sweeter. The gasiness is as expected, like a sparkling. The second day, though, it was gone. I really like this kind of dry, sweet flavor, which is not as satisfying as Sharaku or Kangiku, and it goes down fast.

I had been curious about this brand for a while. It was said to have "a fruity sensation that bursts in your mouth" but I didn't really feel it. It is said that the brewery specializes in Yamahai, and this one also had a Yamahai-like feel to it. When heated up, it was like a classic. It was not my favorite.
