The first Kakuemon, commonly known as Pinkaku.
It has a strong melon flavor, fresh and powerful.
The alcohol content is 17%, so it has a sharp taste, but it has a nice sharpness and is good as a food sake!
It has a subtle sweetness at the moment of drinking, followed by a sake-like umami taste.
It is a sake that goes down smoothly because of its 13% alcohol content, and it is the kind of sake that keeps you going from one drink to the next. I didn't like the Freaks I had before, but I like this one 🫤.
It is a versatile sake that is gassy, refreshing, and has a nigori rice flavor.
I chose Miyamanishiki because I had had Gohyakumangoku before, but I think I prefer Gohyakumangoku.
Maybe I'm getting to know the ginjo aroma. It smells like an apple. It has a strong sweetness. It reminds me of Kinjaku and Imi. It also has a bitter taste. It has a nice sharpness. I thought I could buy it anytime, so it took me a while to drink it, but it is very tasty.
I was lured by the store's pop-up.
It was a very fruity sake, quite sweet, with a chili chili flavor, and like Shinanotsuru, the name does not match the flavor 😁.
Akabu is the first autumn sake in a long time as the number of autumn sake has been increasing rapidly.
It is popular and tastes good.
A little sourness? It has a slightly sour taste, but it has a deliciously fruity aftertaste. I thought it had a refreshing taste, but the alcohol content was 13%.
Very light touch
Aromas of green apple and melon spread quickly, and light acidity and bitterness linger pleasantly.
Great aroma and sharpness, typical of Aruze.

The aroma is mild. As is typical of summer sake, it is refreshing and fruity with a sour taste. I felt it was too good to be true, but I tried it with soda and found it to be extremely tasty.
I had been putting off drinking Nabeshima, thinking I could drink it anytime, but I finally got around to it!
It was a modern, sweet and delicious wine!
I know I was warned to be careful when opening the bottle, but I don't think I felt that much gas. But I'm sure I'll finish it soon 😊.
Very floral aroma
Slightly sweet
Light and sharp without feeling the alcohol content.
Slightly gaseous, but moderate.
After 3 days: Bitterness has become quite strong.

While it has a light touch, 100ml is gone in an instant.
The fragrance is mellow, the taste is beautifully sweet, and the beautiful design adds a sense of spring.
Fleeting, like falling cherry blossoms.

Thirteenth bottle of this year's Tasake's Kijoshu Valentine
Luckily, I bought it two years in a row.
The sweetness and elegance that only kijoshu can offer!
I recommend drinking 60cc to 90cc after a meal or before going to bed!
Delicious!
