The first Kakuemon, commonly known as Pinkaku.
It has a strong melon flavor, fresh and powerful.
The alcohol content is 17%, so it has a sharp taste, but it has a nice sharpness and is good as a food sake!
It has a subtle sweetness at the moment of drinking, followed by a sake-like umami taste.
It is a sake that goes down smoothly because of its 13% alcohol content, and it is the kind of sake that keeps you going from one drink to the next. I didn't like the Freaks I had before, but I like this one 🫤.
I was attracted by the phrase "only those who make reservations can buy it".
There is almost no ori, but it tastes like the Yamadanishiki, a modern royalty and very satisfying!
It's as good as you'd expect from Kuheiji.
I bought it last year and remembered how good it tasted, so I bought it again this year.
I was a little concerned about the acidity in the supernatant, but after stirring it, the balance was just right and it became my favorite flavor! It has no peculiarities and can be drunk easily and refreshingly.
It was a delicious sake full of freshness, the exact opposite of what is called "ero-fudo" 🤭.
When I went to the "Noto local sake market" in Nihonbashi, I saw that they were selling Da Kei, which I had enjoyed when I traveled there the year before the earthquake, so I bought it out of nostalgia and as a show of support.
I was told that the sake rice was miraculously rescued and brewed together at Tengumai's facility. The taste was more classic than the one I had previously tasted, but it was also refreshing and well-balanced as a food sake.
I think it is really hard to rebuild a sake brewery that has been completely destroyed, but I would like to support them in any way I can 🍶🙂.
It is a versatile sake that is gassy, refreshing, and has a nigori rice flavor.
I chose Miyamanishiki because I had had Gohyakumangoku before, but I think I prefer Gohyakumangoku.
Purchased at the brewery's own store.
Nakadaya's red was recommended as fruity.
It was sweet like Hana-yoso, also from Saitama, and quite drinkable. It was a little too sweet for my taste.
There are a lot of sakes from Fukushima lately, but there are so many good ones that it can't be helped 🙄.
It has a strong sense of gas, silky nigorigo, and a perfect sense of rice. It is well-balanced without making you tired of drinking it, and I recommend it as a food sake!
I bought it because I enjoyed it at an izakaya.
It has a mild but juicy taste, and the 17% alcohol content gives it a sharpness that is well balanced.
Perfect as a food wine 👌
This is my first time to try this brand.
It is easy to drink, with a very refreshing and gaseous taste!
It is from the same prefecture as Kaze no Mori (Wind Forest), so it may be similar to it.
The first one of the new year is Sentori Classic, which has been rebranded. It blew out so much that you would think it was an active sake, with a sparkling-like shwashiness!
It has a sourness like Sentori. It has a sourness like Sentori, but it also has a sharp taste that makes the drink go down smoothly. It is no wonder it has a good reputation.
It really has a great melon rind feeling, as I thought when I drank it before!
It's also gassy and sharp, so it's easy to pair with meals. The rice flavor comes in later and is very satisfying 😆.
I won the lottery and got it at the regular price!
The aroma is strong and elegant, just like Aizan, with the added juwattiness of Jyushiyo.
It's a bottle, but it goes down easy😅.
But I thought that I don't feel the difference between this sake and other sake I've had in the past.
(Sorry for the over-the-top view...)
I hope the level of sake as a whole will rise and the demand for sake will spread, and the time will come when Jyushidai can be bought as a normal sake 🍶.
I was lured by the store's pop-up.
It was a very fruity sake, quite sweet, with a chili chili flavor, and like Shinanotsuru, the name does not match the flavor 😁.
When I saw the pop-up saying "the second Tobiroki", I thought "no way, no way, no way", but since Suehiro was more of a classic, my expectations were about halfway there, but I was firmly betrayed in a good way!
(I've never had Tobiroki though 😓)
(I've never had Tobiroki before, though 🙂 ). (I've never had Tobiroki before ) The aroma was a bit harsh, but the taste was modern sweet and tasty, with a Fukushima-like flavor and a nice sharpness that kept me pouring the next one!
I have a feeling this one will be very popular 🙄.
I was attracted by the specs that it was a light nigori (a slight bitterness) and that it had been aged over one summer.
I have the impression that the Hanami Romain I drank on a previous trip to Fukushima was also delicious, but this sake also had a mildly light nigori taste that I liked very much!
I have a feeling that the aftertaste of Fukushima sake is very similar, but I wonder if there is something like that.
I bought this sake thinking that I had not drunk any Tokushima sake.
It has a little bit of a habit, and the acidity is a bit strong.
I thought it was similar to something I drank last year. I thought it was similar to something I drank last year, but it was not my favorite.
I happened to be impressed by Sharaku's Ken Aizan when I was on a trip to Fukushima some years ago, but they only use two breweries with this Kangiku.
It has the elegance of Aizan, but with a cleaner aftertaste than the usual Aizan Red Diamond, which I think I prefer.
I don't know why these two breweries, but I'm glad they are these two breweries! 😊
Akabu is the first autumn sake in a long time as the number of autumn sake has been increasing rapidly.
It is popular and tastes good.
A little sourness? It has a slightly sour taste, but it has a deliciously fruity aftertaste. I thought it had a refreshing taste, but the alcohol content was 13%.
