I was lured by the store's pop-up.
It was a very fruity sake, quite sweet, with a chili chili flavor, and like Shinanotsuru, the name does not match the flavor 😁.
When I saw the pop-up saying "the second Tobiroki", I thought "no way, no way, no way", but since Suehiro was more of a classic, my expectations were about halfway there, but I was firmly betrayed in a good way!
(I've never had Tobiroki though 😓)
(I've never had Tobiroki before, though 🙂 ). (I've never had Tobiroki before ) The aroma was a bit harsh, but the taste was modern sweet and tasty, with a Fukushima-like flavor and a nice sharpness that kept me pouring the next one!
I have a feeling this one will be very popular 🙄.
I was attracted by the specs that it was a light nigori (a slight bitterness) and that it had been aged over one summer.
I have the impression that the Hanami Romain I drank on a previous trip to Fukushima was also delicious, but this sake also had a mildly light nigori taste that I liked very much!
I have a feeling that the aftertaste of Fukushima sake is very similar, but I wonder if there is something like that.
I bought this sake thinking that I had not drunk any Tokushima sake.
It has a little bit of a habit, and the acidity is a bit strong.
I thought it was similar to something I drank last year. I thought it was similar to something I drank last year, but it was not my favorite.
I happened to be impressed by Sharaku's Ken Aizan when I was on a trip to Fukushima some years ago, but they only use two breweries with this Kangiku.
It has the elegance of Aizan, but with a cleaner aftertaste than the usual Aizan Red Diamond, which I think I prefer.
I don't know why these two breweries, but I'm glad they are these two breweries! 😊
Akabu is the first autumn sake in a long time as the number of autumn sake has been increasing rapidly.
It is popular and tastes good.
A little sourness? It has a slightly sour taste, but it has a deliciously fruity aftertaste. I thought it had a refreshing taste, but the alcohol content was 13%.
Purchased at 7-Eleven Tsudanuma, which is said to have a selection of sake that rivals that of a local sake specialty store, despite being a convenience store. (One-third of the store is sake corner, I thought.)
When I poured it into a glass, I was surprised at its brown color, and when I drank it, I was twice surprised at its bitterness and aroma, as if it were a beer.
The description of the beer says that it is made from 100% brown rice and tastes just like beer. The description of this sake says that it is made from 100% brown rice, which makes sense, and the gaseous taste makes it really taste like a beer.
I have to take my hat off to the wide range of sake. 🙇♂️
Good evening, Mokeke 😃.
We too were out in Ichikawa, Chiba the other day and drove to the Tsudanuma Seven that we have been longing to visit 🤗We wouldn't need a refrigerator at home if we had that Seven in the neighborhood 😆.
I bought this sake because I was impressed with the Pure Ibaraki Ibaraki I drank before.
It is a bit expensive for a junmai sake, but it has just the right amount of sweetness, a clean aftertaste, and a very nice finish.
Like the previous junmai ginjo, it really makes you want to drink it all the time (i.e., it runs out quickly)👍
I had been shocked by the taste of the previously bottled Gokotsuru Yamane Nishiki active nigori, so I had no choice but to drink it!
As expected, it wasn't as shwashy as the previous sake, but it had just the right amount of gas and melon flavor, which I love.
I couldn't stop drinking it, especially since it was summer.
The sake mother liquor I had failed to buy before!
I've never had so much trouble opening a bottle...
The bubbles are fine and bubbly like champagne, and the juice is like lemonade 😳.
The alcohol is an astonishingly low 5%, so low that it is soft and doesn't even need water.
The aftertaste reminded me a bit of sake, and I felt like I was witnessing the potential of sake 👏.
When I visited Ise Jingu Shrine on a trip to Ise-Shima, I bought the one that was the easiest to drink after comparing three kinds at Morishita-san. (One of them, however, I couldn't buy because it was already sold out.)
It is a little classic, but has the refreshing and sweetness of Junmai Daiginjo, and may be suitable as an in-between-dinner drink. Mie also has a high level of sake!
I remember drinking Nanamizu a long time ago and being surprised to find it to be a juice! I remember being surprised when I drank Nanamizu.
This one is also a juice!
It is not too strong, but has a refreshing muscat flavor, and is a good summer drink. It is a good summer drink.
The 100th check-in was a hana-yosu, which I was able to buy by chance!
But I was a little disappointed that I didn't like the taste as much as I had hoped...
The aroma and taste are pineapple-like as rumored, but the sweetness is a bit peculiar. Maybe I prefer something "sweet and tasty but dry".
But the fact that the habit doesn't linger and the drink goes on and on makes it a great sake!
Good evening, Mokeke-san! 🙂
Congratulations on your 100 check-ins! 🎉🎉
It's great that you brought Hahoyo Yuso to the number 👍!
I guess it depends on whether you like it or not. 😅
Thanks for your comment, Kumagai-san: 🙇♂️
I'm sure it's "out of the ordinary", but I can't help but have my own taste preferences 😅.
It's fun to drink different kinds of drinks and find my own taste! 😁
Good morning, Mokeke 😃!
Congratulations on your 100 check-in ㊗️ 🎉 I know what you mean! We too were longing for Huayoyangyu, but when we tried it, the sweetness won out 😅I prefer fruity dry now!
I had been putting off drinking Nabeshima, thinking I could drink it anytime, but I finally got around to it!
It was a modern, sweet and delicious wine!
I know I was warned to be careful when opening the bottle, but I don't think I felt that much gas. But I'm sure I'll finish it soon 😊.
Purchased at Koriyama station during a trip to Fukushima.
It has a strong, melon-like flavor, similar to other Fukushima sake, and my taste buds were right on the money!
It may be a bit similar to Hirotogawa's nigori.
I also liked all the other Fukushima sake I drank in Koriyama.
I have been wanting to try Haneya for a long time. It is a seasonal light nigori, and the label is nice!
The aroma and sweetness are moderate, but it goes well with a meal. The alcohol content is 14%, so it will be gone before you know it.
Sweet and sour juice like strawberry!
I also drank Oze no Yukidoke peach colored nigorigo, but I think I prefer this one.
I thought this peach color might be made from red yeast malt, which is a hot topic right now, but when I looked at the homepage, it clearly says "No red yeast malt is used" 😆 I guess there were a lot of inquiries about it.
I guess there were a lot of inquiries about it. Well, personally, I don't think red yeast rice itself is a problem 🙄.
This is the first Jikin that I won after using up all my luck this year in the lottery!
It has a "juwatto" feeling that I have not experienced since drinking Jyushiyo, and it is exquisitely balanced and just delicious.
It's so good and perfectly balanced. It's great on its own or with a meal, and I'm sure it will run out soon...
Even if I have a hard day's work, I may be able to work hard just because I can drink it when I get home. (I'm sure the backlash will be great once I finish it 😳)
Purchased at the Sei Shuzo Brewery during a trip to Gunma Prefecture.
I was told that the "Sei" brand was not available outside of Gunma, so I was allowed to sample this brand, which is distributed within the prefecture, and chose this one because it had the most "piquancy".
I had an image that locally distributed brands have a classic flavor, but Kanto-no-Hana is delicious with a modern sweet-tart taste! (I'm sure it will be popular in Tokyo as well)
Now I want to try hijirizumu 👌.
