I read a lot of Sosuke Natsukawa's books. I read this one ☝️ during the New Year holidays because my wife borrowed it from the library! The author seems to be a sake lover. In his early works, there are often scenes of drinking sake at an izakaya (Japanese pub), but in this one (☝️), the characters' names are the brand names of sake 😳! Hanagaki, Minami, Akirika, Nabeshima, Tsuchida, Amabuki Nadonado, and of course Tobirazumi! Enough preamble, let's get down to business... I've had it resting in the fridge for a while 😴. Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) Grapefruit juice The aroma spreads in your mouth softly A little bitterness and a little sweetness Refreshing and sharp It is good with well-seasoned food 😃. If it's light and refreshing, it might be blended in and lose its character 🙁 🙁. I'm drinking it slowly and savoring it today. It's delicious 😋😋😋😋.

Happy New Year everyone 🎉🎉! (I opened ☝️ all by myself, and I'm so excited 😆😆😆) This is the first check-in of the year & 500 check-ins 🎊🎉🎉! Yopa's memo Found it at Chitashige at the end of the year 👀❗️ I didn't always have UA Sentori! So I bought it immediately 😄😄. Well, it's a bit expensive, but I got it as a new year's special 😃. First impression was melon 🍈. It's hard for a drunk person to comment on how it compares to the snowman... haha 😆😆😆. Not quite as dry, but not as sweet. It's still a bit different from snowman⛄️ It's not as sticky, but it's more refreshing. It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food 🎶🎶. Let's all drink lots of sake and get more excited about this year 👏👏👏👏👏👏. Don't worry, we didn't break down early in the new year👍

This year's memo is this year's 🎶. Part 4 There was some kind of memorable article (I think it was) about alcohol in the memo. There are many people who think that people with disabilities don't drink alcohol or are not allowed to drink alcohol..." ...omitted... Of course there are those who are prohibited from drinking alcohol due to illness or other reasons, but... omitted... I don't think that because you are disabled you are not allowed to drink." I strongly thought ‼️ that we should all have fun drinking together without dividing the group😄. This one was also left 😱. Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) Sourness is strong. Citrusy impression is just one step forward. It's not spicy but has a nice sharpness. I think it's all-around good for the food to match (in my opinion). It is a sake for summer, different from nigori or fizzy sake with acidity in the front. Will it be released next year? It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food 🎶

Christmas 🎄 is over and suddenly it's the end of the year 😱. Due to the calendar, this year has come early! It feels like a year goes by so fast! Well, this may be due to my age unfortunately 😫. But the end of the year will be here before you know it 😣. This is the first time for me to visit Hanaboe. Recently, Chitashige suddenly started promoting Anyway, I just want to drink shwashuwas and buy it 😆. The more extreme it is, like beware of opening the bottle, the more I want to buy it 😣 (I guess I'm a middle schooler sensitive to extreme things 😅) Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) Strong calpis soda Milky (haha mama's flavor... not the milk one) Slightly bitter, clean and sharp Even though it's cloudy, it's still smooth and silky. The alcohol content is quite high, but there is no "katzoon" or "boom" (sorry, that's just a stupid expression 🙇 ). So please forgive me if it is a mediocre expression that it is easy to drink. It's delicious 😋😋😋. I'll drink half of it tomorrow because if I drink it all the way to the end, my memory will be blown 😄. Thanks for the food 🎶

I think it's time to buy some stock for New Year's 🚙💨 I drank this one thinking that if I open it now, it won't be stock 😆. I was a little scared when I saw the alcohol content. Yopa Memo It stirs automatically! It's very shwashy! It's very dry, but not so dry that it burns your throat. Flavor is like lychee. between citrus and melon. I'm not sure how to describe it. I'll be empty before I know it 👀❗️ It's been a while since I had a solid drink🎶. It was delicious 😋😋😋.

I was caught by the term "very limited" for the first year (laughs). Yopa Memo_φ(____) The aroma and taste of cucumber and melon🍈 come to the forefront. But it's not cucumbery. sharp taste = no lingering aftertaste in the mouth It is neither sweet nor spicy. As expected of Junmai Daiginjo, it is very smooth. I drank it for about a week in the fridge after opening it, but the last part of the bottle had a bit of an "alu" smell to it. It might be better to finish it as soon as possible. It was delicious 😋😋😋.

Anastasia Green is available at ...... It was a new encounter and one that pulled me into the sake swamp with all my might! I had given up on the idea of not serving any more alere this spring 🙁. But I found this at Sake no Wa 👀‼️ I have to go buy some 🚙💨! So I immediately opened the bottle 😋😋. Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) I didn't feel that much gas pressure. The taste is mainly orange 🍊, while reducing the awa-awa-awa-awa and sourness. It's like the springiness of anastasia green combined with the orange of fall. The acidity doesn't come to the forefront, but it's quite subdued. As the temperature rises, the pungency comes to the fore. It's best to drink it when it's very cold. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. I need to consume my fridge stock: ...... I can't get my fall liquor in 😣. Yopamemo_φ... Sweet! Shinemuscat (the ones I think are a little yellowish ←basically, green ones are sour). A little sour so it won't bother me that much😃. The sharpness is good. It's for beginners, but I think it's more difficult to match with food 🙁 I think it's the same as dessert wine after dinner. It's like a dessert wine after a meal. It's better to drink it by itself 👍 It was delicious 😋😋😋. Yellow is shwashy Green is lukewarm Blue is just the beginning

I have been drinking this week 😋. = more unchecked in 😵‍💫 A little light pink label. This is my first time drinking this. I've had my eye on it for a while now 😅 never had a chance to buy it. Yopa Memo_φ(____) Muscat Refreshing I like the fact that it disappears quickly like a food wine. There's a gassy part but it's not gassy (I don't know what that means) It's more like it pops in your head 🫧. Maybe my favorite of all the Sakiyami. It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food🎶🎶

From an unfulfilled production area - Ibaraki First of all, the jacket is simple and beautiful. The sake has a good sense of balance, which the brewer describes as a "new classic". Chitashige in Nagoya was a nice liquor store that I visited for the first time.

I can't resist the last bottle at the liquor store😅. I went to ☝️ to buy a bottle of this one I hadn't had in a while, but it wasn't there 🥲. I carefully selected a different brand and found it after the check 👀‼️ There's a separate Rust 1 corner in this store. I brought an additional girl from this corner 😄. Yopa Memo_φ(___) Took me a while to open the bottle. The carbonation itself isn't that harsh, but the schwa is there. But at this time of year, I think it's better to have this much schwar! Ori is automatically stirred. Yogurt sour A little bit of citrus 🍊 taste. A little bit of spiciness in the sweetness, which gives it a nice kick. Low al and siyuwawa so you can gobble it up! Gone too soon😅. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thanks for the food🎶🎶

What is the relationship between cats🐈 and sake? Most of the labels are also cat🐈. I wondered why cats? I found out that cats were kept to protect important grains (sake rice, right?) from rats. It's the same in Europe. They've had a close relationship with cats for a long time. I went to the store to buy a bottle of shwash because it was hot and I wanted to drink it 👀. Yopa Memo_φ(・・・・) Grapefruit juice throughout. Well, I can't say enough about it. The sourness is there, but the crispness is still there. I think it's good on a gloomy day during the rainy season. Not too spicy. But not too sweet. Good balance. Almost no alcohol taste, so I drink it in small gulps. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋 Thanks for the food🎶🎶.
