From an unfulfilled production area - Ibaraki First of all, the jacket is simple and beautiful. The sake has a good sense of balance, which the brewer describes as a "new classic". Chitashige in Nagoya was a nice liquor store that I visited for the first time.

I can't resist the last bottle at the liquor store😅. I went to ☝️ to buy a bottle of this one I hadn't had in a while, but it wasn't there 🥲. I carefully selected a different brand and found it after the check 👀‼️ There's a separate Rust 1 corner in this store. I brought an additional girl from this corner 😄. Yopa Memo_φ(___) Took me a while to open the bottle. The carbonation itself isn't that harsh, but the schwa is there. But at this time of year, I think it's better to have this much schwar! Ori is automatically stirred. Yogurt sour A little bit of citrus 🍊 taste. A little bit of spiciness in the sweetness, which gives it a nice kick. Low al and siyuwawa so you can gobble it up! Gone too soon😅. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thanks for the food🎶🎶

What is the relationship between cats🐈 and sake? Most of the labels are also cat🐈. I wondered why cats? I found out that cats were kept to protect important grains (sake rice, right?) from rats. It's the same in Europe. They've had a close relationship with cats for a long time. I went to the store to buy a bottle of shwash because it was hot and I wanted to drink it 👀. Yopa Memo_φ(・・・・) Grapefruit juice throughout. Well, I can't say enough about it. The sourness is there, but the crispness is still there. I think it's good on a gloomy day during the rainy season. Not too spicy. But not too sweet. Good balance. Almost no alcohol taste, so I drink it in small gulps. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋 Thanks for the food🎶🎶.

It's hot and humid today ☁️ which is hard because my body isn't used to it yet 😞. I've heard a lot of people in the sakewa area say that they matured their notes in the fridge, I'm not sure if it's a matter of forgetting to post it or not 😅. This is what I drank in the latter half of April. Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) Tangy and dry It has a great sharpness. Not quite melon, but a bit of melon taste. It tastes like rice too. Seems to have mellowed a bit after a few days after opening the bottle 🙂. I think it's a little more mature than it used to be. It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food 🎶

I had a note left for opening late last month💦. Simply put, I forgot to check in😅. I'm so glad I put this stuff out there, and half the jackets I bought. Yopa memo_φ(____) Just the right amount of siyuwawa... Citrus 🍊 acidity is strong! After a few days, the sharpness has improved quite a bit The sharpness got better too. It was delicious 😋😋😋. 超久々の船中八策　雫下生酒。 調べてみたら4年ぶり。 前回飲んだ時は、バリバリ辛口派 だったのでコレを飲んだ時には 何だか船中にしては甘めだなぁ〜 とイマイチな感想でした。 ・・・が、しかしあれから色々な種類の 飲んで来たので再チャレンジする事に しました。 船中の辛口さはありつつの 生酒ならではフレッシュ感。 甘めでは無く、このフレッシュ感を あまり知らない時だったので 違和感を感じてたみたい。 今は全然OK👌 逆に船中の辛口らしく無いこの味が 面白く感じてます。 美味しく頂きました🙏 （刺身と飲みたかったなぁー） 購入額　¥1760（720ml）

Cherry blossoms here 🌸 will soon be finished. The temperature is getting warmer with each passing rain. Insects🐝 will start to move around too, so we have to watch out for various pests... Forgot to post this too😅 I "should have" 💦 taken it late last month. Yopa Memo_φ(____) CEL-24 in its element! Pineapple 🍍 of Gorgeous, light I also thought of a little honey 🍯. Slightly sweet, but not too sweet. A little sour and refreshing You can drink any of the Kaygetsu! It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food🎶.

Koei Kiku purchased from Chitashige, a liquor store in Nagoya! I chose it when I was looking for a sweet, beginner sake 😎. Chitashige-san was a beginner-friendly store with plenty of explanations about sake! About Kouei Kiku-Biun As described, it tastes like sweet and gassy juice 🍶.

Stop ‼︎ Hibari-kun! White alligator = Hisashi Eguchi = Hibari-kun! This formula holds true. I miss it so much! I used to read the series a lot😊. Forgot to post this: 🙇‍♂️ I had a drink a couple of weeks ago! I've never had Honshu Ichiban before! I was attracted to the white malted rice and also bought a little packet 😄. Yopa Memo Calm acidity Not too much and not too much Grapefruit juice I don't think the balance changed much after a few days It was delicious 😋😋😋 Thanks for the treat🎶.

Today is the general meeting of the management association of the condominium. Woke up 10 minutes before the start time 👀❗️😅 and dashed to attend! I spent the whole morning doing this 👆. In the afternoon, I went shopping I had an inspiration to drink ‼️ for the first time in a while, so I took her home! Yopa Memo_φ. It's so shwashy🫧🫧🫧! When I opened the bottle, I was looking away and felt something strange on my hand: ...... I was in a hurry to close the bottle when it started to overflow. I completely forgot💦. Not too spicy or sweet. There's a good amount of acidity, but it doesn't really come to the forefront. It's a bit schwashy, so it's nice and crisp. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thanks for the food🎶🎶.

🎶It will be spring soon. The labels are spring-like: ☘️ I can feel the season by the label! Must be a sake fan's nature😅 Not a seasonal sake, but I selected Sakiyami with a cherry blossom colored label! I found a light nigori and bought it immediately 😁. Yopa Memo The cork didn't blow out, but it's very shrizzy and carbonated. I like it. Melon or grapefruit. Cider without sweetener It's crisp and refreshing! Beautiful sake, I think again 🙂. It's still delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Thank you for the food 🎶🎶.

🙄 We have 11 months left in this year! Hmmm, it goes by fast 😩. Yopa Memo_φ(____) Somehow I felt like drinking cel-24, so I bought it! Pineapple as usual 🍍. A little bit sweet and a little bit sour so it's nice and sharp and refreshing 😊. Today I paired it with fried food like pork cutlets and croquettes. Refreshing 😁. I've had Gizaemon before, but this is my first time to try Wakabisu 😌. Yopamemo ____. It's not as gassy as I imagined gas to be. 💨←I didn't have anything like this. I'm not sure if it's a bit of a letdown or what...? I feel like a little bit of a disappointment. I guess "perky" is the right word. It has a lot of freshness😊. It's clean and fresh, reminds me of citrus, but it's more like melon 🍈 or melon 😃. Not too peculiar, just goes right in. I would have liked a little more gasiness or a bit of a tanginess. It was delicious as a food wine 😋😋😋😋.

😫 Already starting to get more unchecked in. I'm trying not to leave any this year... I've got a habit of being a pain in the ass ......😅 YopaMemo I opened the bottle quickly and popped it into the glass without thinking, there was no niggles 😫. No wonder it's supernatant 🫣. The "Ori" was sitting calmly at the bottom of the bottle. Oh well, gotta mix it ......😅 Shake the bottle a couple of times, mix in the cage and it's grapefruit juice! A bit bitter and very nice sharpness😊. The citrus taste is perfect as always! I opened quite a few! It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food 🎶🎶

I'm 🛸first time to encounter a brand new to me. I rely on information from Sake-no-wa 🤗. This is my first time! I was a little curious about it, so I gave it a try! Yopa Memo Don't try to be forward, just be modest 😌. Taste and aroma are not so much felt. It can be used for both refreshing and robust flavors. I guess it's a food wine.... Not too sweet, not too dry. If I had to say, I could taste a little melon flavor. I drink a lot of it while eating 😄 It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.
