I couldn't open the bottle easily.
I guess it was hard.
I guess it's been resting in the cellar for a while. 🙂↕️
No schwarz, but it's dry, tangy and sharp!
It also has a green apple 🍏 skiness to it.
This is a food wine 😁.
I was also expecting a bit of gasiness, but I didn't get much of it: ☹️
Good to drink with food 👌.
I think it plays a supporting role.

Spicy and sharp.
Green apple🍏 is the main one, I guess.
Melon🍈 and tangerine🍈 can be slightly felt
Good acidity, makes me want to eat something 😁.
Not much aroma, not very forward.
It's very understated.
It's not too much like a food wine.
It's as good as you'd expect.

I opened it the next day at home.
It was too hard to open a bottle by myself, so I opened it at my wife's parents' house next to the bottle of Sanmorosugi 😄.

The bitterness is strong.
But this is what makes it dry and refreshing.
The gassiness wasn't too intense 😌.
I thought it would be more violent when opening the bottle.
A little disappointing😟😟.

Slightly low alcohol content, so it's easy to drink 🤗.

Maybe a cider with alcohol.
Tangy, not sticky, refreshingly citrusy.
But the acidity is not too strong.
Between tangerine 🍊 and lemon 🍋, that's what my stupid tongue👅 thinks😅
It's so light that you'll empty it quickly.
You might want to drink this one up😄.
