After cycling around Hanamaki in light snow, I wandered around in front of the station thinking I was tired and wanted to have a drink, but none of the stores were open at 5:00 p.m. I had no choice but to buy a cup of sake and a steamed bun at a convenience store and eat it standing up. I had no choice but to buy a cup of sake and a steamed bun at a convenience store. The train would be coming in 5 minutes, so I grabbed a cup of sake and a steamed bun and ate it. I don't think I could taste the flavor, but the exquisite harmony of warm steamed buns and a cup of sake on my cold body was a little sure-fire delight.

On a business trip to Sendai, I meet an old friend. He takes me to an izakaya (Japanese style bar) that he and a colleague had visited previously and liked very much. I thank him for coming out of his house again after having dinner at home. We drink a little too much: beer, Ichinozo, beer, Ichinozo, beer. The sake taste was pretty good, but in retrospect, it's not the way to savor a drink. It was fun.

After a hard day of sightseeing in Hiraizumi and Hanamaki, I dozed off at the hotel. I thought about having a convenience store meal for dinner, but I got up and went to "Momodori Ekimae Shokudo". The energetic owner asked me if I wanted to have a drink or a meal. A cheerful owner asked me if I wanted a drink or a meal. When I told him that I like to drink warm sake, he served me sake. We had aji-take mushrooms, butterbur and herring (delicious), a piece of their famous grilled chicken, and an additional piece of nikutou-dofu (meat and tofu). The niku-tofu (meat and tofu) was also delicious, lightly seasoned with Japanese soup stock, but there was so much on the plate that I was full. I ate too much!

On a business trip to Toyama, I entered an izakaya alone and ordered a glass of "Kaze no Bon" first, followed by a second glass of this. A paper explaining sake was posted in the store, explaining that Kurobe Gorge is a sake with a fragrant aroma, but I could not quite understand the fine nuances of the taste. I wonder if I will be able to understand the subtle differences in taste if I train my tongue...

Business trip, not looking for something to eat today, no plan. After checking into the hotel, I searched for izakaya (Japanese style pubs) on my smartphone. I was attracted by the recommendation of a Toyama blog that "Chotomi Arakawa is a sister restaurant of Kappo Arakawa, a popular kappo restaurant," and went to the first basement floor of the CIC. We visited a restaurant with an open space and a counter. When I asked for a plate of three kinds of delicacies and a bottle of "Kurobe Narrow" for starters, I was told that they only accept half a bottle. How unusual! But the amount was almost 1 gou. We ordered more sashimi, fluffy fried white shrimp, and "Kaze no Bon". The shiroebi is sweet, and we can eat some unusual things, but I have the feeling that we are not getting close to Toyama.

On the way back from a business trip to Kanazawa. I was looking at souvenir shops and found many things I wanted to eat. Thinking this was a party, I bought sake and sushi. We boarded the Shinkansen. I thought people would get on the train at Toyama, so I held back from starting the party. I thought it would be difficult to drink sake with a woman next to me, but the person from Toyama was a middle-aged man who immediately opened a one-cup bottle of Tateyama sake and started drinking. Good, but we were not afraid to let the party begin as well. We peeled off the wrappings of the kakinoha sushi, which had been packed one by one, and let's party! First things first. Kabura" (turnip) - mmmm, the acidity is good. Shiitake mushrooms - so sweet! Eggplant - I like pickled eggplant. Rengon - I don't know. Wild vegetables Then, the main dish. Fu" Hmmm, I see, it's fu. It's sweet. Kintoki grass - I don't know. Sweet shrimp, a Fukui thing, and fish... well, they were fun, but to be picky, they tasted a little sad. Switched from beer to sake and gulped it down. Yes, yes, this sweet and unpretentious feeling is good, isn't it?

On my way home from work, I found this Chichibu Nishiki one-cup sake at a convenience store. I found a bottle of sake at a convenience store on my way home from work and bought a one-cup bottle of Chichibu-Nishiki. I thought it was just right for a poor guy, so I bought it. My wife said, "I don't like one-cup sake, it's like an alcoholic drink! But I gobbled it up. Oh, it's delicious.

My brother-in-law went to Nakahida Takayama with his fiancée and brought me a gift. I am glad to hear from my fiancé that women like to drink. I get it for the "Mere Old Man. I also give them "Shiroi Koibito", a souvenir from Hokkaido where I went on a business trip the other day. It is so good that even I, a person with no sense of taste, can clearly taste it. I'm not a person who has a poor sense of taste, but it's so delicious that even I can tell it's good. I am so happy.

I like whales and also the picture on the package is tasteful. I found it at Lopia, bought it, and drank it. I found it at Lopia, bought it, and tried it. The image is the same even if you drink it at room temperature.

Ayagiku Mametanuki Cup Sake I finished my business trip early, so I went to an izakaya in front of the station to drink by myself. I had oden, sake, udon, and beer, but I wanted to drink a lot more, so I bought some at a convenience store. I wanted to heat up the sake, so I used the electric kettle in the room to boil water, put the whole cup of sake in a hotel mug, poured hot water over it, and waited a little. The water gets a little warmer. I drink it while watching TV. I like Kagawa Prefecture, but I can't find anything I like about sake.

Mizutaka Kumamon Cup I went to a convenience store to have a drink before going to bed. Since I was in Kumamoto, I thought it would be shochu, but when I saw this cup, I had no choice but to buy it. After returning to the hotel and catching my breath I popped the cap. I had a cup of Potato Salad and a cup of Hmm? Not tasty. I drink it with potato salad, but it doesn't taste good. I drank about half of it and gave up. I went down to the hotel lobby and bought 500 cans of happoshu.

The last station of the Shiga sightseeing tour, Maibara. I bought a return ticket and wanted to buy some souvenirs and a box lunch, but I couldn't find any stores near the ticket gate. I thought there might be something in front of the station, so I got off at the north exit, but there was only a small bento box shop, and it was raining outside. I went to the south exit and found a small shop selling locally produced and locally consumed food. I bought a bottle of Kinkame, Shiga Kirin beer, Sukeroku, salami, and squid snacks at the kiosk, and had a party on the bullet train on the way back home.

My brother bought it for me when I went home for New Year's. It is his favorite sake. I think it is delicious, but I prefer heated sake, so I don't need a small amount of nigori sake. My brother doesn't like heated sake.

My younger brother has become independent, so I buy it for him to celebrate. The price is about 3,000 yen, but it is at a premium and was expensive when I bought it online. Over drinks, I ask him about his business, and he says it sounds like a lot of work. I hope it goes well! It's been a while since I've been back home, and it was fun to drink good sake with everyone.

Before boarding the boat at the Shimizu Station fish market, we stopped by the "Fish Market Restaurant". It was cold, so I would have preferred something warmed, but since I had it, I decided to try Garyubai! Shizuoka is known as the "Ginjo Kingdom". Seafood on rice, delicious! The sake was average. I couldn't finish it, so I put it in my coat pocket and drank a little while sightseeing in Miho.

I arrived in Fujieda for work the day before. I went looking for an akachōchin (red lantern) by myself. It is an izakaya in front of the station. The young and energetic izakaya owner is young and energetic, but I prefer a quieter place. I order Isojiman, which is the second best sake in Shizuoka Prefecture. He pours enough to fill a glass and a square, and the taste is okay. The taste is okay, but the yakitori and shiitake mushroom tsukune (I hear Fujieda is famous for its shiitake mushrooms) are good. The pickled mushrooms were delicious. We order more hot sake and fried oysters.

I asked for it because it was available in my hometown. When I first drank it, I thought, "Hmmm? I thought it was just like this, but as I drank more and more, I started to enjoy it. I may shift to this type of dry sake in the future.

On the way back from Tottori sightseeing in Matsue, I thought it would be another 3 hours to Okayama, so I decided I had to drink sake, so I bought a one-cup Toyo no Aki. I bought a cup of Hou-no-Aki and had a beer on the train. I thought I would wait until I got back to the hotel to drink sake, but I was too bored to finish my beer, so I opened a bottle of sake and chipped away at it. Beer is not so good, but sake is quite good. The limited express train "Yakumo" rattles a lot, doesn't it?

I was planning to work a little overtime today, but after receiving a text from my wife that she was sick, I decided to leave immediately. I eat dinner with the kids, brush their teeth, and put them to bed. After my wife and children were asleep, I got up from the futon and went to the supermarket. I think to myself, "It would be a big help to my wife if I made some side dishes for her. I check my phone to see what's in my repertoire and think of ingredients. I decided to make okara (bean curd). I buy a bottle of "Tosatsuru" to take home with me. The Hakkaisan sake I drank at a bar earlier was so good that I decided to look for a good, inexpensive sake. The first one was "Tosatsuru," a well-known and inexpensive sake. Returning home, I closed the door to the nursery and turned on the light in the kitchen. I cut burdocks and carrots into thin strips and stir-fry them. I hope that the children will enjoy eating them, and proceed to cook with a glass of sake in my hand. Tosatsuru tasted like cheap sake.
