I was attracted to the fact that it was a "winter-only" sake and a "draft" sake among the various types of sake available.
As the label says, it is slightly effervescent when poured into a glass, and the mouthfeel is pleasant and delicious ^^.
It is nigori, so it has a strong flavor, and I would rather drink it little by little than drink it lightly.
It has a koji-like aroma and a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness! It's like a winter sake, and I'd like to drink it in a warm room!
Black malted rice.
It's a little bit smoky on the nose, but the aroma that stands out is almost imperceptible.
I could not tell what black malted rice was.

Today's beer is a winter limited edition of Honkirin by KIRIN Beer.
You have to compare it with the regular version to understand,
It is as easy to drink as ever,
Honkirin is still my favorite beer among Kirin Beer's beers.
Soft yellow fruit aroma like banana.
Slight acidity on the palate.
The alcohol level is 15%, but it feels a bit higher.
The aftertaste is in the middle.
A New Year's zodiac bottle. It has a refreshing taste. Easy to drink and ideal as a mid-meal drink. Goes well with Goshu dishes.
I wish there were more bottles with zodiac sign design.

My son said that muddy sake was delicious, so I bought some. We drank it together at the same time as New Year's Eve.
