Trophies of the GW Kanazawa - Takayama trip. When I think of canned draft sake, I think of Kikusui Ichiban Shibori, but since this sake is also from Ishikawa Prefecture, which is famous for its sake, my expectations naturally went up. The design of the can is also austere. Chill it in the refrigerator and open the bottle! Oh, you can feel a slight shwash and a refreshing sweetness (Kikusui Funakuchi Ichiban Shibori has a mellow sweetness). It's delicious. When the temperature settles down a little, there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. This is a repeat purchase. I hope they sell it in Kansai too!

This is one of the bottles in a set of sake comparison set given to me by a colleague. It is a sake made by Fukumitsuya, which also makes Kagatobi. After the classic aroma, it had a clean taste and a modern aroma, a true fusion of old and new. Because it was 300 ml, it was gone in an instant. It is on the level of a personal candidate for purchase in a bottle. The degree is also good at 14 degrees!

Fukumasakumune Kiniro no Shizuku Cup Sake Junmai-shu 200ml Alcohol content 13%. Yesterday I had a drinking party with my colleagues at a yakitori restaurant near Kanazawa station. I was able to get a half-price hotel room with the Hokuriku discount, but since it was Wednesday, everyone decided to keep it light and we broke up before 9pm💦. I'm not going to Daigo by myself... I bought this drink at FamilyMart and drank it 🍶. I'm pretty sure it wasn't more than 200 yen, but it was surprisingly refreshing and tasty 😋. I think it's a bottle of junmai-shu (pure rice sake)? Maybe I'll buy some next time 😃.

At my favorite standing bar☆! The first sip of this sake is mellow and delicious! As time goes by, the weight of the sake increases little by little. It becomes more like sake. But I like it.
