Trophies of the GW Kanazawa - Takayama trip. When I think of canned draft sake, I think of Kikusui Ichiban Shibori, but since this sake is also from Ishikawa Prefecture, which is famous for its sake, my expectations naturally went up. The design of the can is also austere. Chill it in the refrigerator and open the bottle! Oh, you can feel a slight shwash and a refreshing sweetness (Kikusui Funakuchi Ichiban Shibori has a mellow sweetness). It's delicious. When the temperature settles down a little, there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. This is a repeat purchase. I hope they sell it in Kansai too!

FUKUSHOSHOMU Luxury Tokusen Junmai-shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 14%. Happy New Year everyone! A gift from my office at the end of the year! It was a gift from a person at work at the end of the year! The name is "gorgeous" and I had to have it on New Year's Day. 🙇‍♂️ When I poured it into the cup, the glittering gold leaf was shimmering 🤩. It was a little dry and refreshing 😌.

I bought this sake at the Hankyu Umeda Department Store. It has been a long time since I opened a bottle of nigori 🥰. It tastes like calpis soda and lactic acidity like yogurt ‼️ It starts off sweet and then the mouthfeel comes in a sizzle, and finally it disappears leaving a slight bitterness and a slight carbonation on the tongue☺️

Although it has a slight acidity, it is a sake that I like because of the delicious rice flavor and sharpness after drinking. It also has a nice, understated taste that does not interfere with any accompaniments.

We received this year's fall sake from Fukumaso Sake🍂. The jacket is as cute as ever. The taste is rather dry with a clean aftertaste and little habit, and it seems to go well with everything!
