On a business trip to Toyama, I entered an izakaya alone and ordered a glass of "Kaze no Bon" first, followed by a second glass of this. A paper explaining sake was posted in the store, explaining that Kurobe Gorge is a sake with a fragrant aroma, but I could not quite understand the fine nuances of the taste.
I wonder if I will be able to understand the subtle differences in taste if I train my tongue...
