I bought it at Kinki Toyama Kaikan, which is located in an office district in Osaka, but is only open from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, making it difficult for office workers to visit the store. I had it with cold sake. The color is clear with a slight yellowish tinge. The top aroma is of alcohol, like magic ink. The mouthfeel is thick and smooth. The taste is a combination of sweetness, umami, and alcohol, with little cloying taste, and after swallowing, a slight citrus aroma comes through to the nose. The aftertaste is a bit bitter, and comes with a thump. The alcohol content is 20%. I think it would be good if it were watered down with ice. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers' alcohol Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 20

Toyama Nigori Sake Fair at KITTE? I had a drink at the Toyama Nigori Sake Fair at KITTE. It's sweet, but in a good way. I guess it was made by Nosaku because they said it was made in Takaoka.

🌾Domestic rice 🅰️15 degrees Purchased at HOKURIKU+. Sake from Yatsuo, Toyama Prefecture. It has a mature taste with no habits. This time I paired it with pickled fugu ovary, but it turns into a sake that you can drink all the time when paired with dark flavored seafood, especially fish from the Hokuriku region. ⁉️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would you like to drink a little today? And. I was thinking of opening a new bottle of sake, but yes! I had a can of sake that I bought at a souvenir shop on my trip to Toyama! So today is my first sake from the brewery. Kaze no Bon Junmai Ginjo by Fukutsuru Shuzo. So, let's have it right away. First, the aroma. It has a traditional sake aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the smoothness of the taste. It also has a traditional sake taste, but it is very gentle and easy to drink, with a complex flavor that makes it very drinkable. The sweetness is subtle in the complexity. The second half is refreshing and finishes with a hint of spiciness. While it has a traditional sake-like character, overall it is light and easy to drink, and can be enjoyed as a good sake during a meal.
