Dry mouthfeel and texture, but with a very firm, thick flavor.
Even when heated up, it is very warm.
It may not be the most refreshing, but at 13 degrees, it is definitely easy to drink even in summer!
Mr. Ota lives in Tateishi, Tokyo.
Nigeyasaku is a great oden shop that has a great selection of sake for heating up!
