Today, I had a bottle of Tanizakura by Tanizakura Sake Brewery, which I bought at the supermarket 😀.
It was served at room temperature, but you can hardly smell the aroma 🤔It is slightly sweet on the palate? It has a beautiful acidity and a nice sharpness😊It is a light and dry sake that you will never get tired of drinking 😚👍.

Hiyoroshi Junmai Harazake that I was allowed to taste at my favorite restaurant.
It's a very robust sake, with a high alcohol content of 17%, so it's not a strong drink, but a little bit of it.
It was my first time to drink TANI-Sakura!
It is easy to drink with a clean texture. It is also fruity and easy to drink for beginners. But be careful not to drink too much, as it is very drinkable.

We brought back 10 bottles of 4 gou (2 at room temperature) and 9 bottles of 3㌥ (6 at room temperature) from our family trip during Obon 🤣.

The color is clear and transparent.
The top aroma is mild, with a green apple-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly fresh and mineral.
The taste is slightly fruity, with a mineral sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a slight spiciness that tingles on the tongue.
As the temperature rises, it seems to get a little nutty.
