The 11th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (🐉) I buy Ryuriki when I see it, but I'm glad I've never seen the actual series with the 🐉 design. Kuro It's dry and dry, but has a lot of umami. I was told that it has a lactic acid aroma when heated, and it tastes just like it should! Red Mellow and deep with a strong koji flavor. The flavor is rich when heated. It was served at room temperature, not soaked in ice water. Blue Soft, dry and lightly acidic. When heated, it has a Ryuriki-like feel. Green Soft and deep with rice-derived sweetness. This is served at room temperature. It is so good when heated!
