Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki(*) This was served heated! It's probably fresher when cold, but it's dry and rather subdued. It has a strong umami taste with a touch of astringency, which I like! It was a nice event, although there were too many people! I like the fact that it was in front of a small train station. It is important to be close to the platform!

Hello Shinjo 🐦. I saw on the TV news that you had a great turnout 💦 I'm glad to see a winter event and that you can get it heated! I was surprised to see that the freshly squeezed sake is also heated up 😳 You are as good as Mr. Ota 😆.

Good evening. The line for the Senzuke and Tokuwaka booths has become a wall. Lately, I've been enjoying the warmed sake at the event. It's rare to get fresh sake heated, but the freshly squeezed sake was a real surprise! We were so grateful!

Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki(*) Very simple Junmai. The taste is light It's quite easy to drink. Overall, I think Tsuinaichi is easy to drink! It is said to be a food sake, so it can be even more delicious depending on what you drink with it!

Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki(*) It is a very rich and thick sake with a very mild taste. It has a mild mouthfeel and a strong flavor. It is easy to drink but has a strong flavor. I checked in earlier with the heated Josen, but I mistakenly chose the Harazake. Thank goodness I didn't comment on how it tastes like hara-sake or how it tastes at 19 degrees Celsius!

Nada Gogo no kurabiraki (¡°Nada Gogo's brewery opening¡±) I don't often drink freshly squeezed sake, but I thought Kikumasa would be good for me, so I gave it a try! This was a big step forward in changing my life! It had a dry, crisp taste with a hint of cask sake! Oh my God, it's too good! Ichiro was inducted into the Hall of Fame, and this sake is now in my Hall of Fame!

Nada Gogo Brewery Opening It seems to be an organic sake with some kind of strict standards. I'm a fool, so I don't know what it is, but I drank it anyway! When heated, it has a very deep and rich grain-derived flavor. When cooled, it was smooth and refreshing! Basically, it's not a very expensive Ozeki, but it's okay. If you prefer, I would hesitate to drink the dry Tamba...

Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki(**)(**)(**)(**) Very grainy and deep, just like a regular sake for warming up! Maru's Kamisen is superb, but this goes beyond that! If I had a small pack, I would consider this for baseball games! They also perform a sake brewing song at the event! Labor songs and the like are really good!

Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki(*) Very ripe and dry tasting. The trend is the same as other Hamafukutsuru. It's convenient to have a good warmed sake and a very dry sake when cooled down. Nada's Nama Ippon series is still reliable!

(This is the plaza in front of the Koshien Stadium. It was quite cold, and even though it heated up, it cooled down quickly, but it was nice to have sunshine. I love outdoor events!

Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki(*) Very dry, dry and slightly acidic Relatively soft as Nada with very sharpness It is dry with a strong piquancy that is typical of Kuromatsu Shiraga. It is good to be heated up, but it is even better when it is cold. It is good in summer. This type of sake is always drunk, so there is nothing new about it, but as a Shiraga lover, there is no doubt about it! Also, you get water that is used for Nishinomiya City's water supply! This is a big difference from the shitty area in Osaka! I guess a sake brewery is out of the ordinary...

It's an event called Nada Gogo no Kurabiraki (¡°Nada Gogo's Brewery Opening¡±). Wow, so many people! It took 20 minutes to buy tickets! We started with Tsuinaichi's Kamisen! I was looking for a sake that could be heated up! I looked for it at random and found this one! It was a big hit right off the bat! It's a dry and delicious dry sake with a hint of acidity, just like Nada! This is a great start! It can be served cold, but it's really good for warming up!

My favorite Shikai-O's tram cup(s). Every Shikai-O I've had so far is perfect for simmered vegetables! Today is a good day for Shikai-o because vegetables are cheap and can be stewed! It has the refreshing taste of honjozo sake, but the flavor is both fresh and satisfying! Heating up the sake makes the best use of it. The cup is a good visual. The scene with a cup of sake is now a scene of scenery. A dining table with a cup of sake should be selected as one of the 100 best views in Japan!

The sweetness comes from the rice, and the acidity is light. Then a little spiciness, light for a pure sake. When it is warmed up, it has a roundness. Refreshing when warmed and cooled. More balanced on the rocks. It can be drunk at any temperature. Mr. Mitamura paid a visit to Miwa-taisha shrine. I should say hello to the God of Sake, even though I'm just a sake fan!

Straightforward junmai that conveys the deliciousness of the grains (´¦). It is the type that swells up when slightly dry and warmed up! It's a warming sake for winter, and this kind of sake makes me happy! It is a sake that I always have on hand. The first saké of the new year is from Hirosaki! It was a store that only stocks the usual Toyobai! The sake for heating up looked delicious!

Very drinkable, gentle but dry sake (´¦). Softer when heated. The acidity and astringency are moderate, and it is very drinkable. In any case, it makes you want to have something to drink with it! Dried horse mackerel went great with it! The life of "drink, eat, sleep, drink, eat, sleep" is in its final stage! I miss you!

I found this one at Old Pine. I wanted to buy a bottle of Honjozo sake, so I bought it right away! The price is reasonable, but the ginjo-shu blend makes it a bit luxurious! The aroma is very dry and the taste is just as it should be. It is said to be rich and dry, and it is! Deep when heated and dry when cold! For me, it's a very good sake! There are many posts on Sake-no-Wa about traveling and drinking, but I kept the same position at home and spent the New Year's in the best possible way! Thanks to the sake I bought in Itami, I was able to have a good time defensively!

Shinjou-san Hello ☀ I've never seen this before, is it a new product? I can't find it on the official website 🤔. I'd like to go there for the first time in a while as I only go to Hakusetsu and rarely go to Laomatsu 😁.

Hello(´・ω・`) It seems to be some kind of Japanese Heritage certification commemoration. Hakusetsu is also out called Shinroku Old pine seems to be a dry sake brewery, so it should be Hakusetsu, right? This sake was also typical dry!

It is said to have a taste from the early Showa period, but while the mouthfeel is clean, it has a rich, mellow, sweet, and rich flavor, and the body of the sake is dry (´・ω・`). I have a high aptitude for old-fashioned flavors, so this one had me oohing and ahhing at first sip! I wish I had been born earlier because I prefer to be born before I was born in many things, not just sake! I enjoyed buying them in Itami at the end of the year, and I thought both Hakusetsu and Laematsu were good sake breweries!

Dry taru-shu with a clean mouthfeel and a touch of brewer's alcohol. Nice aroma of cedar and freshness is perfect. When heated up, the aroma is even more pleasant. It is quite dry and has a tangy taste especially when cold! I'm going to gain a lot of weight without moving a millimeter except for preparing sake, sake warmer, and snacks.

A very light and dry sake with a good taste. The flavor is firm but dry and refreshing. It is more full-bodied when heated. If you change the temperature, it can be served with anything. If you drink it according to the basic knowledge of sake, it is a sake that responds to the basic knowledge of sake. Speaking of sake, Ms. Kaori Kosai She also came to our sake event! At that time, I felt the same thing as the swelling of this sake in her singing voice that spread even in a poor environment.

Slightly grainy, dark, normal sake (¡°much more than normal¡±). Simple, slightly dry and a little sugary sourness. Warmed up, it is more plump and delicious! The Ota Sake Brewery near Horyuji Temple is a very elegant building. The brewer is Kasugayama Sake Brewery, and I was very interested in their sake! Every year during the year-end and New Year's holidays, I leave TV Osaka on! After all, it is the best way to forget the New Year!

It is said to be suitable as a food sake, so it is fresh but clean and dry (´・ω・`). It is a little too rich for me when I drink it on ice, but this one was easy to drink for me. I don't want to leave Itami! That was the last drink I had while thinking "I don't want to leave Itami! Well, I can come here anytime I want. The benches at JR Itami station face the opposite direction of the train tracks. I guess a lot of people fall off the platform when they get drunk.

Good evening, Mr. Shinjo. It's about 10 minutes from my office by bike, but I can't drink so I always take the train😅. The JR West platform should have all the chairs facing different directions to prevent falls 🤔.

Good evening. I didn't expect that you can't have a drink because you are too close. It's such a nice place! If I go near there, I might make it a habit to stop by for a drink. I guess there is such a thing as falling down when drunk. I've never experienced it because I don't get that drunk.
