Echizenmisaki純米槽しぼり
111
しんじょうTank shibori-junmai-hiire-aged Gohyakumangoku(**) I fell in love at first sight with the list of words I like! Echizenmisaki is another brand that I would buy immediately if I saw it. It has a smooth texture and a ripe richness that is both light and robust. When cold, it's soft and dry. When heated, the richness expands to its fullest! It is the perfect sake! Mr. Ota is from Gion-Shirakawa and Pontocho. Coming from a bad neighborhood in Osaka, all I see is brilliance! But still, I don't see many Japanese people anymore! Mr. Ota was the only Japanese on the screen. The day before yesterday, I was watching a movie about Mr. Degawa's motorcycle and saw a hot spring in Aomori, which made me envious, so I went to Horaiyu in Amagi. This place is luxurious and good because it has a lot of hot water and the bathtub is narrow! Also, at Ikushima Inari Shrine in Mukonoso, there is a Daikoku Masamune! It was my first time to see it!
Japanese>English
ヒラッチョShinjo-san, congratulations on 500 check-ins. That's 500 check-ins for the sake of Gohyakumangoku. A list of words I like, 👍.
Japanese>English
しんじょうWhat a (omg...)? Is it too much of a coincidence that there is a 500 connection? I'm going to buy 5 for the horse race because I have a connection with 5. I'm sure I'll be more successful than if I predicted it myself. I also like words like "super dry", "honjozo", "hiyaoroshi", and many more...
Japanese>English
boukenShinjo-san Congratulations on 500 check-ins 🎉🎊 Ikushima shrine is less than 5 minutes from my house by bike 🚲 so I'm off to see Daikoku Masamune 😁.
Japanese>English
しんじょうThank you very much. You live in a very nice area. It was a nice residential area when I drove by. I've seen many old pine trees, but this is my first Daikoku Masamune so far! I'm going to visit many shrines again to look for rare ones!
Japanese>English
boukenWell, I went to Nishinomiya shrine a few years ago and found a closed down brewery in Nada 😁 I don't know anything about Koyotsuru or anything like that 😅.
Japanese>English
しんじょうI haven't been to Nishinomiya Shrine for quite a while. I'm going to see it too. I don't have much information about Koyotsuru. I am sure it is Nishinomiya because there is Koyo-en.
Japanese>English
アラジンCongratulations on your 500 check-ins, Shinjo-san: ㊗️🎉🎊🎉㊗️ I've never had Echizenmisaki, the "perfect sake", and I really want to try it 🤤 Keep discovering new things about the sake life 🍶.
Japanese>English
しんじょうThank you very much. This one is completely for me, but I'm sure I won't miss any of the Echizen capes, so if there is one you like, I'd love to have it! There are so many different kinds of sake, there is nothing but discovery! Let's discover them all!
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんCongratulations on 500 check-ins, Shinjou-san: 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I went to Pontocho the other day and saw a remarkable restaurant with steaks, etc 😳 Izakaya also usually speaks English. The owner was complaining that he wanted to speak Japanese😆.
Japanese>English
しんじょうThank you very much. I'm near Kuromon, and there are many old ladies who can speak English. It's a world where Japanese customers don't even exist! If you can't speak English, you can't live in Kyoto!
Japanese>English
ことりShinjo-san, congratulations on your wonderful posting style 🎊㊗️500 check in 🎉👏🏻 I found out about Furauri Tabi through Shinjo-san and my recording list is full of Mr. Ota 😆 I would like to try to have a drink at Echizen Cape Pochi too!
Japanese>English
しんじょうThank you very much. I contributed to Mr. Ota, so I would like to get some money from him. There are many different types of Echizenmisaki, but this one is definitely for warming up! I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of the breweries!
Japanese>English
Masaaki SapporoThank you for everything, Shinjou 👍500 check-ins are awesome ✨Congratulations 🎊
Japanese>English
しんじょうThank you for your time as well. I always look at your cool pictures! I will continue to post more soberly!
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチShinjou, every time ❗️ Very late but congratulations on 500 check-ins㊗️🎊🎉! Is Echizenmisaki a brand you have a special place in your heart❓
Japanese>English
しんじょうThank you very much! Thank you very much. It is an exaggeration to say that I am attached to sake, but I have been buying a certain amount of sake since I started drinking sake. It is a good sake to drink anytime without getting tired of it!
Japanese>English
ひるぺこGood evening Shinjo-san, congratulations on your 500 check-ins 🎉㊗️ Echizenmisaki looks delicious, from soft and dry to full-bodied when heated up! I'm very curious😊I hope you will be able to find many more wonderful sake in the future!
Japanese>English
しんじょうThank you very much. The sense of security is definite. The ripeness is also highly apt, so I can recommend it. I have a little bit of a picky palate, so I'd like to broaden my tastes and increase my encounters with good drinks.

Wakaba純米プレミアム

しんじょう(The regular product has a ripeness, but this one is relatively refined. It looks light but has a solid core, and there is still a sense of ripeness in the back. It shows its full potential when heated. The richness comes out well. When it cools down, the sweetness comes out well. I bought it from a sake brewer, and when I asked for sakekasu, they gave me a lot of it! Maybe it's because I buy from the sake brewer sometimes. It is very delicious when it is baked!
Japanese>English
Shikaio無農薬栽培米 雄町特別純米
109
しんじょうIt has a very delicate yet firm flavor. It has a strong acidity. It has a mild flavor when heated, and a clear body when cooled. A series of enjoyment is the real pleasure of heating it up. The flavor is not very distinctive, but the more you chew, the more you appreciate it. I bought this at an event, and the brewer (or is it the president?) was very sniffy about the fact that it was made with no pesticides from Omachi! He explained it to me with a very excited snort! Well, when I went to an event of a sake brewer in Okayama, he said that Omachi was difficult to make anyway and that they had a lot of trouble! They even had rice plants on display! I'm a fool, so I can only comment on how delicious it is, but I hope I can at least manage to promote it here to those who know what they're talking about! I hope I can promote it to those who know what they are talking about! I learned about Shikaiou in Toyohashi when I first started drinking sake, and I remember my impression of the honjozo sake I bought there, and I can clearly sense that this sake is similar in type to it! It must be a good sake after all! It's great that it's not a unique sake, yet it leaves a deep impression! Toyohashi is also famous for its curry udon, which is so good that it drives me crazy, and it is one of the most representative places in Japan!
Japanese>English
ヒラッチョI have not seen the Shikai Kings yet, but I am curious. I am curious about the fact that it is not strongly individualistic, yet impressive and good.
Japanese>English
しんじょうI have never seen them in Kansai either. I've seen them at events recently. It's difficult to find, but if it looks moderate and quiet, it will slowly assert itself when you drink it. It seems to be smooth, but you start to feel that it has a thicker core than you expected.

Fukuju純米原酒

しんじょうEvent at the Hanshin Racecourse (¡Ω) This is my first Junmai Harazake from Fukuju! This is a very cool, sharp, bodied, yet clear type! I feel like Mr. Lou Oshiba, but it's a great sake that needs a lot of words! I also felt a gradual graininess. On the way home, we went to Hinodeya Sake Brewery, which was said to have Kinkame! Unfortunately, they don't handle fire-brewed 70! I was told that not many people drink it, which made me realize that it's not available anywhere. He also introduced me to Sugi Fat Sake Shop, but they also specialize in draft sake. Let's go to Shiga... Both Hinodeya and Sugi Fat Sake Shop were kind and wonderful!
Japanese>English
boukenHello Shinsho 😃 I see you went to the event at Hanshin Racecourse😄. If you don't have Hinodeya or Sugiyo, you'll have to go to Shiga 😥. I recommend Kintetsu Department Store in Kusatsu!
Japanese>English
boukenIt's easy to get to in front of the station and covers most of Shiga's sake. When I went there last year, I didn't check if it was fresh or fire-brewed, but they had all kinds of Shiga sake 😁.
Japanese>English
しんじょうGood evening. There were no unusual events at the Hanshin Racecourse, so it must not be enough for Mr. bouken. I was able to drink sohana, so that was good. I was happy because I was able to drink Souka, but the bad part was that I had to throw away my money on a horse race.

しんじょうEvent at Hanshin Racecourse (・・・・) We came to enjoy drinks and throw away money! Today, I'm here for this. It's the one with a good reputation! Nada's sake with a solid core. It has a dry taste and sharpness. There is an accent of acidity. The light aroma on the nose was just right! This is indeed a perfect sake! My expectation is the worst, but all the sakes I drank today were perfect!

Hamafukutsuru七つ梅特別純米生酛

しんじょうEvent at Hanshin Racecourse (・・・・) I came to enjoy sake and throw away money! This one was heated! It has a profound acidity and depth of flavor! Hamafukutsuru is great! It's going to be my favorite! It was nice to be there for the first time since just before the new cologne! But the number of people with children and sisters is increasing again! I wonder if there are any coachmen or coachwomen in the local area anymore. I feel so alienated. I saw a bright future when a boy who looked like he was in kindergarten was yelling at me to come to the 9th spot.
Japanese>English
こぞうShinjo-san Good evening...not only in Hanshin but also in Chuo, there is no coach shop 😁 Kawasaki has a coach shop next to the paddock that looks like a food stall. I used to take my kids to Chuo because there are more and more families and couples and it's gourmet!
Japanese>English
しんじょうKoizo-san (´・ω・・`;) I haven't been to Kawasaki yet, but there were stalls in Oi and other places. It's interesting to talk with them. I wonder if it is indeed just an old man who used to be there who comes to talk to you. Nowadays, Chuo is a place to enjoy horses for 200 yen.
Japanese>English
ヒラッチョI have never encountered a coach shop,.., Speaking of stall forecasting shops, When I moved to Tokyo, "Sasaki's Predictions" for Oi horse racing was alive and well, very popular and in great form. His predictions were said to move the odds.
Japanese>English
しんじょうI seem to be weak, so I'm easily approached. I remember meeting people in Nagoya, Saga, etc. I've been to Oi several times, and each time I look forward to listening to the stories that I hear. I'm not sure if it's Mr. Sasaki, but it could be.

Naozaneニャオざねカップ
96
しんじょうIt is probably the same as Naozane and Kamisen. It is still a very good cup that tastes great warmed up! I went to Takiya Fudoson on Sunday and was very tired from all the climbing! I was very tired from all the climbing and the lack of cell phone reception due to the location surrounded by mountains. It's been many years since I've had this experience. Then I went on and found an area with many old houses, but I had to leave because of the horse races and sumo wrestling, but it was a wonderful place! It was a wonderful place and made me realize that there is such a place in Osaka!
Japanese>English
ヒラッチョOh, 😅 I have this Naomi's one cup at home and was wondering if I should drink it tonight. I was wondering if I should drink it tonight. I heard it's a good cup that tastes really good warmed up. I'm going to drink some more.
Japanese>English
しんじょうOh! This is the perfect heated sake for winter! It was cold today and it was just perfect! It tastes like it should be in a food stall or something!

しんじょうI found a brand I was interested in at Sake-no-wa. It is a good sake that lives up to its reputation. It has a clear aroma and just the right amount of acidity, but it also has a wonderful flavor and richness without losing its subtlety. I guess it would be better served cold for its sharpness, but even if it is heated up, the sharpness remains to a certain extent. Mr. Ota is from Tsukiji Tsukiji was a traditional izakaya (Japanese style bar) with a wide selection of sake (including shochu) from all 47 prefectures! I didn't have much time to enjoy Tsukiji because I only stopped by a long time ago, but now that I know more about sake, I find it even more appealing, and my regrets from that time are amplified!
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチShinjou-san, every time ❗️ I've been curious about this brand too, and I've only recently come across it. The one I drank had a dry flavor of aromatic melon, but this brand seems to have a wide range of flavors and is worth pursuing👍.
Japanese>English
しんじょうMaido. This one is also melon-like in its own way, but not so dry. The others I've seen are more mellow and various other things! I was interested in the mellow type in Shizuoka. It's a different type of sake, but a good one! I would like to buy others!
Japanese>English

しんじょうA very good cup of sake. It is a light but tasty cup with no added sugar. It spreads well when warmed up, and the cheapness of the cup is more apparent. However, the cheapness is a pleasant element for me! The Myokenomori cableway will be discontinued, so this is my last farewell. I used to come to Nose with my family when I was a very young boy. It's a shame because Nose is a really nice place, even though it's in Osaka, but it's not so sophisticated, and it's a place that has to suffer a deficit. It's been a long time since I've been here, so I can't speak highly of it, but I'm sad to see it go.
Japanese>English
ひるぺこGood evening, Shinsho-san. It's sad to hear about the discontinuation of the Myokenomori cable 😭 if it had connected to the Myokenomikuchi, there would have been a few more passengers. I love the atmosphere of the nearby Chimei Lake campground and use it 🏕️
Japanese>English
しんじょうGood evening. I really thought it was a waste of time this time too! It takes 2 hours from Osaka city to the cable because Myoken-guchi is also far from Osaka city! I often went to Ichiko Park. It's really a nice area, isn't it?
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening, Shinsho 😃. I was planning to visit before the Myoken cable was discontinued, but gave up when I heard there was a 2 hour wait on weekends 😭 I made the mistake of thinking I could go anytime nearby 🥺.
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチShinjou-san, every time ❗️ I wish I could have ridden the Myokenomori cable... 💦. It's sad to hear that lines around the country are being closed at a faster rate than expected 😢.
Japanese>English
しんじょうGood morning, bouken! I also think it's too close to the city, but I'm not so sure. And it takes a long time to get there. I got there very early in the morning and waited for more than 30 minutes. The line I saw on the way back was hell!
Japanese>English
しんじょうMr. Haruei Chichi, thank you very much. The cable car is getting old, so you have to ride it. Well, if you take a car, you can get there in half the time, so I don't think I'll be using it anymore. I think we should take a local train while it's still safe.

Naozane上撰普通酒

しんじょうIt is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

しんじょうVery ripe type (´¦). Feels like a ripe persimmon. I'm a big fan of persimmon, so maybe that's how I feel. Slightly mellow, mellow 16 degrees, easy to drink but firm and exquisite. And it is not expensive! It is a shame that it is limited! Kunihiko Mitamura introduced a sake brewery in Shimonoseki where you can enjoy sake blended by himself! A bit expensive, but it looks interesting!
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Shinjou-san 🌙 It's been a while since I wanted to watch this show, so I recorded it🤣The content looks interesting and I'm looking forward to it😊🎶.
Japanese>English
しんじょうHello.... Anyway, only in Shimonoseki The fugu was an enviable time! I watch most weeks when I can, and I go to the sake brewery as well. However, the sake brewery is often shown for only 2 or 3 minutes!

しんじょうJapanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`;) It's very effervescent, sharp and refreshing! It's nice to be able to drink a type of sake that I don't often buy, but my liver screams by the time I get around to the types I usually drink, so even at events like this, I end up drinking only the usual. However, I was brave enough to drink this one, and it was fine even though I drank to my limit! I don't know what happened afterwards.

しんじょうJapanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) A matured, rounded, crisp and dry sake. I think it should be drunk at home rather than outdoors. I drank it in the latter half of the festival, and it is still in my memory even though my cranial nerves are numb from alcohol.

しんじょうJapanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`;) I see that the sake is from Nada. I recently found out that there is a small sake brewery in Nada and bought some Houmusume, which was outstandingly delicious! And this Hamafukutsuru! This is also wonderful! It has a beautiful breadth of flavor and just the right amount of body. The best part is the price: about 1,100 yen! I wish there was one in my neighborhood! When I go to Kobe for Onsen (hot springs), it is so close to the station that I might even stop by a sake brewery just for this!

しんじょうJapanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The effect of oak barrels, or something quite close to whiskey, but the mellowness and acidity of sake is also alive! I know it's just my imagination, but I feel it's similar to the whiskey akashi. Of course, if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have thought so. I also had a bottle of Junmai Namae in the heated sake corner, but my memory is a little fuzzy on whether or not my brain was getting the alcohol when I got here! I do remember that it was meant to be heated, but that's about it.

しんじょうJapanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Very rich rice-derived sweet flavor. Freshness is moderate and dry. This is the royal road to deliciousness! I don't see many dry sake in Nagano Prefecture, but the occasional dry sake has a rich, mellow flavor.

しんじょうJapanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (¡Ω) Very yellow. Delicious and mellow as expected! Although from the Fushimi brewery, this sake would definitely be better suited to those who prefer San-in sake! I've been afraid to go to Kyoto since the new cologne, but this makes me want to go to Fushimi to buy some! But I still don't have the guts to take the train only in the direction of Kyoto where there are many tourists! Still, this sake has enough charm to make me brave enough to make the decision to go to Fushimi, even if I am trembling!

しんじょうJapanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`;) Light in mouthfeel, but has a good core of flavor. It has some acidity and is refreshing. However, it is very drinkable. When I first started drinking sake a long time ago, I was only aware that honjozo was cheap and drunk by people like me, and daiginjo was only for people with money. I love Toyohashi because of these memories. And I have never had Shikai-O since then, and I am sure it was right! And I bought a bottle of Yumachi because it was so good! After all, Shikaiou is wonderful! I love Toyohashi again (Mr. Kazuhiko Ota)
Japanese>English
ヒラッチョToyohashi, I have never been there, but a junior colleague of mine at work is from there. It's like the last part of Kazuhiko Ota's program. It's like the series of the current program, with the city as the main focus, drinking in the city, rediscovering the charm of the city, isn't it?
Japanese>English
しんじょうToyohashi is so much better (¡Ω). The curry udon is delicious and there is a tram! As far as I met, everyone is nice and this sake brewer was also a nice person! Walking around town is a treasure trove of discovery! I think every place has its own charm!

しんじょうJapanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (Ω) It is a very mellow and gutsy sake. Is it too much to say that it has a sweetness reminiscent of bourbon whiskey Wild Turkey? I see they have a brewery in Gotodo. If I can go there on a weekday, I'd like to buy some! This time, I bought this sake and this one was too far away.
Japanese>English
遥瑛チチShinjou-san, thank you for your support: ❗️ I've been to a lot of events lately 😁. Is it sweet with a kick, similar to bourbon ❓ It seems to have a unique taste 👍
Japanese>English
しんじょう(I'm a member of the "Maitre d'". I go to all the events that I can go to. I would like to go to the Kurabiraki festival, but I couldn't find one that fits my schedule. This sake had a lot of power! I thought it would be fine on the rocks!

しんじょうJapanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) It's a 10 year old hentai sake, but it's pretty clear. But it still has a strong ripe flavor. The ripe aroma is clear on the nose. I wouldn't call it "hentai". I'd say it's more like a fetish.
