Takashimaya Sake Festival I always look for something other than my favorite sake at this kind of sales event. If I go around without thinking, I end up buying only dry sake that I like! That's where I found Tocho! Tocho is a sake brewery in Ureshino, Saga. It was my first time to see it! I want to go to Ureshino Onsen (hot spring), so I tasted some sake to prepare for the trip! I've only been to Saga for horse races, but next time I want to go there properly! I tasted Keimon, which has a very elegant sweetness from the rice. It is a sweet pure rice! It is very smooth and crisp, rich but light! Then I bought Junmai Junmai. I was told that it was meant to be lukewarm, and from the image I got from tasting it, I thought it looked good and made a decision right away! As I expected, this sake also has an elegant sweet taste, but this one has a strong acidity and a sharp taste! The aroma has the texture of a responsive sake! Warmed to lukewarm, it is even more relaxing! It has a very drinkable flavor and strength, and I'm almost ready to finish it just by heating it up to lukewarm! I heard that there are many local Honjozo sake available in this area, so I am looking forward to drinking it!

Sake Festival at Takashimaya (¡Ω) This time I went to the festival because I wanted to visit Kinkame, but there was no Hi-ire 70, which was my goal... I found a bottle of Kagatobi that I wanted to buy! Then I was allowed to try Fuku Masamune Tokusyu and Mirin since the lineup was almost all raw sake! Fukumasamune is very inexpensive and dry! It has just the right amount of umami and you can really enjoy the dryness! I would consider it as an everyday sake rather than buying it here! Mirin is good not only for cooking but also for soda. But it steams a lot, so it's hard to make it sweet! It would be even better if it wasn't so hot!

Shinjo-san, good evening 🌛I see you were at the sake festival 😊I'm sorry you didn't get the sake you were looking for... I was curious about the mirin here, so I drank some and it had quite an impact!

Good evening. As expected, you went as soon as possible. Mirin was good in taste itself, but I still prefer to drink it as it is in small quantities. I didn't dare to buy anything too aggressive after all.

I went to a gathering of relatives in Awaji Island and bought this at the supermarket. Miyako Bijin has a wide variety of sake for dinner, and all of them are good, but this one has a definite taste! The slightly ripe flavor lasts for a long time! It is good cold, but perfect warmed. It has a more balanced taste. Mr. Ota is a Toyama re-runner! After all, Toyama is a mecca for seafood, especially kelp! He enjoyed the sumptuous food! Kelp-frosted vegetables, for example!

It is a minor sake that has existed on Awaji Island for a long time. My grandfather used to drink it, and I remember seeing an advertisement of Nancho on a bench at a bus stop when I was a boy. I never had a chance to go to Honjo Sake Brewery for a visit to Shinchoro and so on. The taste is dry, spiky and rough. I don't think it's the same as my grandfather's sake, but I guess my genes want this taste. It softens when heated, but it's a powerful dry taste. It also has a chemical acidity that is typical of regular sake. According to my aunt, who was in the restaurant industry on Awaji Island until 20 years ago, it used to have a really bad reputation, and people said miserable things about watered-down sake. I bought it at Honjo Sake Brewery and they gave me a discount on the fraction of 2170 yen! And contrary to the taste, the bag design is cute!

Shinjo-san, good evening 🌃 Nanchang, you can buy it at the brewery 😊. I was informed that you had to go to a nearby liquor store to buy it, so I thought it wasn't sold directly 😅. The bag sure is cute in a lil' way 😁.

Good evening. I think it is a liquor store for other products, because the only Nancho was Kami-Sen at the warehouse! Well, it's a good brewery that Mr. Bouken doesn't have a connection with at the moment, because the taste is so miserably unsuitable for him and it's only one bottle!

Gathering of relatives in Awaji City. It is a very attractive bottle and looks delicious! I often visit Awaji Island, so I know Sennenichi except for the expensive ones, but this one is my overwhelming favorite without any favoritism for its appearance. It has a strong sweet ripeness. It's even better when heated... It doesn't have much in the way of characteristics, but I'm sure this is it. Sennen Ichiban is also good as raw sake and nigorigo, but basically all of them are good!

(Awaji City At a gathering of relatives Quite mellow and clean mellowness. It has a degree of sophistication that makes it hard to feel that it is very cheap. The taste of cheap sake is characterized by a strong sense of alcohol in the latter half of the bottle. All of THE SHOT are really good! The bottles are also very easy to handle. It goes well with anything that goes with sake! As expected, the pole sausage did not go well with it.

It is super dry but has a gorgeous melon aroma. The flavor was so rich and mellow that it could be served on the rocks in this heat! I tried it heated, and it was better on the rocks, but I'm not sure if it would be better if it wasn't so hot. I've been drinking Omachi heated all the time, so I'd say this one is better suited for the rocks. The spiciness comes later, but this accentuates the spiciness and makes it very drinkable! Mr. Ota lives in Tomakomai! That's Hokkaido! The hokki-gai battera was amazing!

Good evening. It's dry and tasty at the same time. If you don't have a hard time with dry wine, it might be easy to drink. I would like to experience the hokki-gai battera! It's in Tomakomai, so it's not too far away, and it's on my list of places I'd like to go!

Mr. Ota is unmotivated by the Olympics! Asakusa re-runs in spite of the heat that is so bad that it's exasperating! He doesn't even try to match the season. I understand that no one will watch it anyway. I'm already so sleep deprived that I'm about to fall asleep too! In such a case, super dry sake is good! But I think about half of the sake I buy is super-hot. The acidity and umami are in the foreground, and the dryness comes through with a nice sharpness. When heated, it becomes very mild and the umami level increases. It is most delicious when heated. I might cheat on my lemon with the sugar-free Hyoketsu because of the heat wave, but I'm more concerned about sake sales, so I'll do my best to drink it hot!

I bought this at a Japanese sake festival. I bought it because it can be heated. It has a light freshness that is typical of a freshly stored sake, but it also has a rich and somewhat ripe taste. It definitely tastes better when heated and is juicy! The aroma is also very pleasant! It's interesting to note that they also have a heated version of their honjozo sake! I heard that the brewery is located in Sabae, but I used to go to Sabae just to see the spring water and never drop a penny, so I was able to atone for my sins by buying it here! Adult travel to Hofu, Yamaguchi In the past, there used to be an abundance of sake breweries, but now there is only one.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Not unique in a good sense, in the middle of the road. This is as the sake brewer said. I was told the same thing at another tasting before, so maybe it's the brewery's concept or something. The ginjo has a mellow flavor and aroma of the royal road type. It is delicious! The brewer said that they served it while drinking it all the time. It's true that you can never get tired of drinking it! The dry junmai is also a royalty! I want to drink it anytime! I enjoyed the rest of the tour, but I'm in trouble in a way because I know about sake again!

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) I bought a bottle of this sake last time, and the special junmai is just as good as the original! It is a good sake with sweetness, richness and softness! The junmai ginjo is slightly acidic. The Junmai Ginjo is a dry sake with a pleasant taste! Although I liked the sake brewer, I could not buy it this time because I bought the first time I saw it, Hana Candle and Kiso Sanskawa!

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) It was quite clear and easy to drink at first like water. When I was about to drink it, a Japanese drum, Tsugaru shamisen, and shinobue flute performance started, so I watched and drank it slowly. Then, perhaps because the temperature was raised, the taste became clear, and the sweetness and umami from the rice became obvious! You can enjoy the clarity of the sake when it is chilled, and you can also enjoy the flavor when it is warmed up.

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) It is a royal road with no outstanding individuality at all! It is normal and somewhat dry in the good sense of the word. It is a soft Junmai. It is the type of sake that is good for souvenirs, but it is a taste for everyday drinking.

The dry spiciness is also quite good, but the umami is more noticeable! Junmai Ginjo Fu Very soft and fluffy with a sweetness derived from the rice. Excellent when heated. Special Junmai Yamazakura Very mild and soft, with a warming taste! I can't wait to see how good it tastes warmed up in winter!

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The staff at the heated sake corner recommended the best one! He said it was the best after trying them all, so I had to try it! First of all I started with a cold one at the Kurumazaka booth! It had a sweet and sour taste with a great weight to it! It made me think, "I'm going to have to warm it up! It made me think, "Now it's time to get it warmed up! Heating up the sake, the aroma spread through the mask, and I was enveloped in a mouthwatering aroma. It also has a slightly dry spiciness in the back that gives it a nice sharpness! This was good for me! I felt it became a little lighter as it cooled down. It can be mixed with water, so it's really versatile! I would like to buy it if it is sold!

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Chunchun means like hot in Fukui. It's so cute! First of all, it is beautiful when served cold and has a ginjo aroma, but it is quite dry and hard! Then we went to the heated section and tried it at 55 degrees, just as the label says. The flavor and aroma increase without changing the character of the taste! This is the best choice for heated ginjo sake! It's a little disappointing when it's lukewarm, but hot is better! The guy who heated it for me asked me if it was okay to drink in hot weather. The guy who warmed the sake asked me if it was okay in the hot weather, but I was still drawn to the heated sake corner! I was going to buy the last one, but they didn't have it, so I decided to buy a bottle of Nama-Seikyu. I've been paying attention to the Ikusame since last year when I was impressed by the Kujyu Sakura Ikusame, and I was told it was good for heated sake, so I bought it without trying it!

The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) First of all, I often buy a cup of Mie's Kanmei when I go to Mie. I'm going to start with the ones I know. First of all, it was a good feeling. It is a stable Mie-no-Kanbai!

A blue bottle of Tengu Mai (¡°Tengu Mai¡±) It's finally very hot, or rather, it's too early! But it is still better in Osaka! What the heck is this archipelago? It has a variety of tastes like Tengu Mai, but it's also easy to drink in the summer. Better cold than warmed. Mr. Ota is in Ibusuki I love it! It's a perfect place for a short visit. The food at Izakaya Musashi was excellent, and Mr. Ota had a day full of bonito!
