National Sake Fair 2025(**) I was impressed by the endangered sake and thought I would like to buy various types of sake that I don't usually buy, but I immediately drank the sake that I thought was suitable for me! Oh no... But the subtitle is impressive, so please forgive me. The ingredients are all Tochigi, so it's a sake full of Tochigi love! Slightly dry, with just the right amount of umami! The aroma is refreshing, and it's a bit like an expensive food sake!

National Sake Fair 2025(´) I went to this fair because it was held at Nanko ATC Hall. I thought I'd better not go because of the crowded trains at the Expo, but I was told that there were same-day tickets available, so I took a detour and changed trains a lot, and it was worth it! If I had known that, I would have taken the Chuo Line, but I had to take the Sennichimae Line, the Yotsubashi Line, and the New Tram. I was envious of the Expo, but maybe the Expo is the reason Osaka is hosting the event, so it's hard to say. As the diet becomes more and more homogenized and local food culture disappears, the sake will not be the same everywhere, and the regional character of sake is about to become extinct! That's why they made this sake! To be honest, I don't really know what they are particular about, and I don't really care either way, but I was impressed by this! It is quite soft on the palate, and the wasanbon-like sweetness is very smooth! It's so sweet that it could be rich, but it's very mild! The aroma has a rice flavor, and there is a slight alcohol taste that is only possible with honjozo sake. It is easy to drink even for a dry sake lover like me!

I'm sure it would be good with a slightly darker side dish or something. It's for people who usually buy it for much less than 1500 yen on average, so it's for people who drink a bit more than that.

The owner drank a lot and it was a lot of fun, but I think he did that before, so he's a regular... I mean, Kochi is really badass! The people I know in Kochi also have a terrible way of drinking! Kazuhiko Ota is also in Kochi today! Mr. Ota loves Kochi! Everything seems to be delicious! Personally, I'm a big fan of Utsubo, so I want to try Yamada-Daiko Junmai!

R6BY Junmai Ginjo Blue Bottle Unfiltered Nama It is refreshing compared to ours, but it is still Etsukaijin! The ripe flavor is enough! The balance of this easy drinking is very good! I didn't buy it when I saw it, but I'll buy it next time! R3BY Junmai Ginjo Kurosawa Kame-no-o Unfiltered Nama This one is also relatively mild! I've only experienced Etsukaijin Junmai! I guess a ginjo is supposed to be more flamboyant... But they are all very good!

The alcohol content is only 14 degrees, so you can drink it very easily. It is recommended to be served cold, because of its good acidity, but it can also be served warm, which is not recommended, although it loses a little of its character. It also goes well with a wide range of other dishes. Mr. Ota is a camp rerun! More than Akigawa beef, more than abalone, the dish of pickled myoga and cucumber with salted kelp from kurakon seemed to be delicious! As a fan of kurakon, I thought to myself, "Mr. Ota, you're just as good as you think you are..."!
