I was allowed to open a just-arrived bottle of sake. An unfamiliar yellow label! Mr. O said it seemed to be a collaboration sake from Tedorigawa! This is very spicy! Sake from the Hokuriku region seems to have a lot of spiciness and acidity! (with some knowledge of how to make it) Rice : Gohyakumangoku, grown in Noto Rice polishing ratio : 60 Alcohol content : 15

Don't stop with Noto sake! Purchased a 2-bottle pack of Hiyoshi Sake Brewery's Ore no Sake No. 4 ❗The second bottle is a reproduction of the original recipe! Ore-no-shu x Yoru-no-Teio had the elegance of a white wine, but this one has more of the Ishikawa-like robustness ❗Ore-no-shu comes out stronger 😉 It's like a man's sake 🙂 ✌️ It's not just heavy, but the aftertaste is light, so it's not hard to drink at all 😋 It's an Ishikawa sake you'll want to drink often and often 🎵. I went to Yamaoka because they showed me a post about it in the morning 🍜I knew it would be over 2000 yen with the toppings ❗I thought there was too much chashu pork when I started to eat 😅This was a mistake! I was too naughty 😰. It's kino.'s fault 😤.

Don't stop Noto's sake! Purchased at Shusenkan in Nemuro City❗It's sad that some breweries were affected by the disaster, but I feel the bond between breweries 😌. First time to try O-no-shu! I've never had my first sake before 😌 "Ore no sake" & "Yoru no Teio" ‼️ makes me want to drink it when I'm ready to decide tonight 😳 It's got the depth of Ishikawa's sake ❗But it's got the elegant taste of white wine and it's crisp and clean 🎵. It was a wonderful sake with the souls of two breweries ✨.
