Drunken Garden in Azumino, Shinshu. I was curious to buy it because it is 59% Hitogokochi, a Nagano Prefecture sake. As the label says, it is a refreshing sake with a delicious flavor. It is not at the top level of popular Nagano sake, but it has a glimpse of Nagano's sake character.

Nagano Sake 🍶. Clear and fruity. As soon as I put it in my mouth, it had a characteristic taste. Melon? It tasted smoky, a little different from melon? It was delicious. It was the night I reconfirmed that I like the fruity taste of junmai ginjo.

The 11th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The astringent flavor is dry but spreads with a richness. It is good for warming up, and I felt it was lighter than I expected. Might be good for warming up in the summer! I would like to pay attention to it! However, I drank Isanishiki (sweetpotato shochu) before this, so it may have some influence on the taste.
