I went to Ise Jingu Shrine for the first time in 6 years before visiting Kawatake Brewery the month before last.
I also visited Morishita Sake Shop and finally purchased the back series of PB that I was interested in 😊.
Cold sake.
Aroma is subdued
Skeletal and hard texture
Full-bodied with depth, the finish is tightened by a gentle acidity.
Slightly refreshing, but with plenty of umami.
