I went to Ise Jingu Shrine for the first time in 6 years before visiting Kawatake Brewery the month before last. I also visited Morishita Sake Shop and finally purchased the back series of PB that I was interested in 😊. Cold sake. Aroma is subdued Skeletal and hard texture Full-bodied with depth, the finish is tightened by a gentle acidity. Slightly refreshing, but with plenty of umami.

On the second day of sightseeing in Mie, we went to Morishita Sake Shop in Oharaicho to compare three types of Mie sake. First, Hanzo. A stable, fruity and sweet sake that is typical of Hanzo. 🙆‍♂️ It is a good sake for beginners.

I found it for so long, and saw this in a shop in front of 伊勢神宮. It did not surprise me a lot, it tastes slightly sour and rich mellow. It also feel a bit 炭酸 although it does not contain any bubbles interestingly. Not exactly the type of sake I like, I will try 酒未來next time if I have the opportunity.
