It is a junmai sake with a slightly fruity and sweet taste.
It was also a good sake.

The second glass is Sashi, Kuwana's local sake, which is new to me.
This one is crisp, light and dry. I had it with grilled oyster skewers, and they went together very well! It was delicious. 🙆♂️

On the second day of sightseeing in Mie, we went to Morishita Sake Shop in Oharaicho to compare three types of Mie sake.
First, Hanzo.
A stable, fruity and sweet sake that is typical of Hanzo. 🙆♂️
It is a good sake for beginners.

I found it for so long, and saw this in a shop in front of 伊勢神宮. It did not surprise me a lot, it tastes slightly sour and rich mellow. It also feel a bit 炭酸 although it does not contain any bubbles interestingly. Not exactly the type of sake I like, I will try 酒未來next time if I have the opportunity.
純吟はどれも美味い
This is a delicious sake with just a hint of sweetness and no aftertaste or cloying taste.
If you are not careful not to drink too much, you can drink as much as you want.
For me, the order of Jikin, Saku, and Tamitsu in this drinking comparison would be better to understand the taste of udon.
