So I opened the bottle and took a sip.
It's quite dry and refreshing, just the way I like it 😋.
It's not light and smooth.
It does not leave a heavy taste in the mouth.
As the temperature rises, the range of flavors broadens and various umami can be felt 🤩.
I've found a great sake!
I would like to enjoy it heated again in the winter 😋.
