Here is another sake made with Yamada Nishiki, the keyword from last time.
That's right 😊This time the plan was to have you drink and compare various sakes made with Yamada Nishiki 🤗.
I have already had this sake the year before last when it was fire-brewed.
I think this sake is also available raw, but I don't know which one it was this time😅.
This FY-2 has a little more acidity than the standard junmai ginjo, which I prefer 😋.
PS. This project lasted for 3 months, but only 2 bottles were introduced 😚.
The reason why is because the first bottle was a special junmai of Jikin 😊.
That's why I haven't been able to open the bottle yet🤣.
