It is said to be read as "Ageha" instead of "Ootori".
The brewery is located in Kure, Hiroshima.
Originally, the main brewery was a brand called Hana Hato, which is a noble sake 😁.
It is a junmai ginjo-shu made with Senbon-nishiki (a type of Nishiki) 😊.
The ginjo aroma is not very strong...
The sweetness and umami taste is safe, more in line with recent popular sakes 🤔.
Well balanced sake in a good way 😏.
A little dry and I would say it's a bit bland overall and has no special character...
So, I don't know if I'll buy and drink something with other sake rice next time... I don't think so 😓.
Well, according to my research, it's only been brewed for a few years, so maybe I can try it again in a few years 😋.

Good morning, Masha!
I see you are a Hana Hato warehouse 😳I try to get Hana Hato every time I go to Isetan, but I'm curious about this one too! I'm looking forward to it since many of the breweries are growing fast 😊🎶.

Good morning 🐰Masha🌻!
I wanted to buy this series again after drinking the sake brewed with Koiomachi rice and 2021 yeast 💕 Last month's sakesp had a maniac lineup of 3 different kijo sakes to compare 💕.
