ましゃGarakudai no Hiyori. spec not listed so I'm not sure if it's right, but it's probably a low-alcohol sake with a low rice polishing ratio, around Junmai-Ginjo 😋.
So it's very easy to drink 😊.
It's refreshingly fruity and low alcohol content makes it easy to drink 🤣.
Actually, this is the sake I was planning to bring to the Kansai Off-line Meeting @ Nara in June, along with either of the TAMA-KYOUKI (next post) 😁.
I was surprised that many of the strong Kansai members hadn't tasted it yet... 😏. 😏.
I was not able to attend due to my work schedule... 😭 😭
So I bought some sashimi the next day and drank it all with Tama Hibiki 🤩.
