くま吉Drinking at a tavern in front of Kyushu University Hospital
Drink it cold
Clear and colorless
Aroma and flavor of firm rice
A strong, tingling dryness appears immediately.
The aftertaste is short.
A little rice flavor remains in the aftertaste.
Interesting difference from a previous kijo sake of the same brand
Impression of a well-balanced sake
There is a registration of sake breweries, but no registration of brands, so it takes some time and effort to record the information. ましゃIt is said to be read as "Ageha" instead of "Ootori".
The brewery is located in Kure, Hiroshima.
Originally, the main brewery was a brand called Hana Hato, which is a noble sake 😁.
It is a junmai ginjo-shu made with Senbon-nishiki (a type of Nishiki) 😊.
The ginjo aroma is not very strong...
The sweetness and umami taste is safe, more in line with recent popular sakes 🤔.
Well balanced sake in a good way 😏.
A little dry and I would say it's a bit bland overall and has no special character...
So, I don't know if I'll buy and drink something with other sake rice next time... I don't think so 😓.
Well, according to my research, it's only been brewed for a few years, so maybe I can try it again in a few years 😋.
Rafa papaHello Masha 😃
I have never seen this drink before 😊I guess it is still in its infancy... 😁I would love to have such drinks from time to time 😌. ポンちゃんGood morning, Masha!
I see you are a Hana Hato warehouse 😳I try to get Hana Hato every time I go to Isetan, but I'm curious about this one too! I'm looking forward to it since many of the breweries are growing fast 😊🎶. 兎御殿Good morning 🐰Masha🌻!
I wanted to buy this series again after drinking the sake brewed with Koiomachi rice and 2021 yeast 💕 Last month's sakesp had a maniac lineup of 3 different kijo sakes to compare 💕. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
