Not my usual hanpukai, but Sumiko hanpukai for 3 months in a row 😁.
It was the first of a project to select a bottle of sake and a bottle of wine each with a German wine wholesaler owned by a childhood friend of the owner in the neighborhood!
Mukujin is made with Yamadanishiki, right?
This will be the key word later on 😆.
The taste is a bit sour with a strong acidity typical of Sengoku, but the sweetness that comes later balances the overall taste 😊.
It's a very popular sake 😋.
I don't pick it up and buy it myself anymore 😜.
