ましゃIt's been a very exciting half month of drinking 🍶 since the end of August until yesterday 😁. Today is a day to relax a little bit 😆 Let's try to post past drinks 😆. This is the May hanpukai sake from the well-known Kadoya Sake Shop 😋! Every year they have a project with 19 year olds to have them experience the process of making rice and sake so that they can drink it when they turn 20 😊. The rice flavor is typical of junmai sake, but it is not harsh and smooth on the throat. As the temperature is raised, the smoothness becomes more pronounced, and the robust rice flavor moves down the throat 😋. This kind of sake is my favorite 🥰.
