Katakana Katachiyo was brought along with the previously opened Takachiyo.
There were two kinds of sake, but we chose this Takachiyo on a hunch😘.
The subtitle "Brewing Happiness" is an intoxicating expression 😍.
After opening the bottle, the fruity aroma is soft and gentle.
I wonder what it is 🤔It's definitely citrusy, more like sweet hassak than lemon.
It is very refreshing on the palate and the lightness of 12 degrees Celsius helps me to drink it without feeling alcoholic 🤩.
It tastes more like a sweet hassak 🍊 than a lemon or a lime that is not sour 🍋🟩
It also has a refreshing taste, so you'll find yourself drinking more than one glass 🤣.
I've had a lot of Takachiyo series, but this Shin Takachiyo series is also very good! I found different colors too, I'll buy some if there are any left!
