A sake that caught my eye.
I picked up a brand I don't usually buy😊.

In the Showa period (1926-1989), the "short-stalked boat" was on the verge of extinction due to the difficulty of cultivation, but in 1989, the brewery worked hard to restore it when they came across a mere 14g of seeds left at the Biological Resources Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Ibaraki Prefecture. Together with local farmers, they succeeded in the first revival of cultivation at the foot of Mt.
Hoho🤔
After opening the bottle, the aroma is not particularly assertive.
When you put it in your mouth, the taste is hard to describe 🤩.
It is completely different from Muscat, white peach, nutty, etc.
In a word, "delicate", mild taste, fruity but I don't know what it is 🤔 my vocabulary is not good enough... 😅It was quite tasty...
