Junmai Daiginjo 7-stage brewing 14 degrees Celsius 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Toyama Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content: 14%. Sake meter -18.4 Acidity Fat 4/10 (opened 4/24) This sake is brewed by Wakatsuru Sake Brewery in Naekaya and limited to 600 bottles in Kanto 🤔. It's unique in that there's no sake product name on the label. I picked this up to taste the slightly old-fashioned label and the sake level of -18.4😁. After opening the bottle, it smells like white peaches and melon like the label on the back 🍑🍈. In the mouth, oh my! It tastes like canned peaches 🤩🤩 but it is not sweet and is more fruity, refreshing, and gentle than the sweetness one would imagine from the sake level 🍈🍈. If you like sweet sake like Kangiku or Hana-yosu, I think you will enjoy it👍. It's also intoxicating to try this kind of sake once in a while 😊. It's delicious! Monday, April 21 was my company's anniversary and I had the day off... I finished my housework early, washed my winter knitwear, and now I'm ready to relax! Just when I was getting ready to relax, I got a call from the house next door to my parents' house...................................................They said some plants had crossed the border and they had to go check on them and call a tree trimming company to confirm the extent of cutting next week💦My parents' house problems are still continuing😅

Hi Kozo 🐦. I'm totally new to this, but I'm curious about both the 7-step brewing and the sake level 😳I've only had up to 4-step 😅I'd love to meet you because I love peaches🍑😻 Thanks for all your hard work from cleaning up the winter stuff to managing your family home💦.

Hina Hana Mama Good morning 🤣. The moment I had a drink I knew my mom would like it 🥰Housework is hard on my wife if we don't share as much as we can, and I'm earning points for going out for soccer and whatnot 🤣.

Mr. Jay & Mrs. Nobby Good morning! I was hoping to try a sake I've never had before like you two, and I brought this one along because of the old-fashioned label 😊The family home problem...you two are so far away💦.
