It's already May...I think I mentioned cherry blossoms just a few days ago😅.
I wanted to drink rice wine for the first time in a long time, so I went to a sake shop and had a bottle of "Tokujun" with me.
I would have liked to have had the Yamahai sake that I used to drink every year, but that's a luxury 😅.
The great thing about this Tasake, in a word, is that it puts the flavor of the rice on top of the rice well: ☝️
If you like sweet and modern sake, you might say "hmmm? But this taste is very rich and dry.
It's hard to describe😅.
Personally, I would like to keep a bottle of this sake on hand!
Oh, I forgot to heat it up again! I forgot to warm up the sake again 🤪.
Delicious!

Good morning, Kozo-san 🐥!
As you say, it should be delicious and easy to drink on top of that. ❣️ Even if you meet seasonal sake, it's hard to find it because of the popularity of Tokujun💦Oh! I'd like to try Yamahai too 😊.
