I bought the 59 taka series because I had never had anything from the 59 taka series!
It is said that the 59Taka series was created with the intention of being a food wine, and it is indeed delicious!
It has a rich umami flavor, but its fruitiness is unique to Takachiyo!

I have had Mimuro cedar, but had not yet had Dioavita, so I bought it!
This one is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!
It's light at 13 degrees Celsius, has a nice, chirpy gasiness, and a good umami flavor!
No wonder it's so popular 🤔.

I am a doburoku lover, and I popped this doburoku from the garden Uguisu on the internet!
It has a slurpy texture, no gas! And the taste is a doburoku full of yogurt with little acidity! It tastes like a doburoku, full of yogurt with little acidity!
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink!

I have had Yoshida Kurau's Hyakumangoku No Shiro so this time I bought Ishikawamon!

I bought this Red Kido online.
This is not red yeast, but redness derived from ancient rice!

My daughter's high school entrance exam was over and I wanted to go out for a drink for the first time in a while, so I invited Jay & Nobby to join me, but they were too sudden & already drunk, so I drank alone!
I drank a lot of sake, but I was very impressed with the taste of this one.
It is a 28BY, so it was matured, but it had a chocolatey sweetness, and I had another glass!
The third photo shows the sake we drank that day (there were probably a few I didn't take photos of lol).

I saw Kai of SakeLabo tweeting about how good it was and wanted to try it, but it was hard to find.
I asked the owner of the liquor store, "Do you stock the black labeled Nanabonsyari Muyu Namikyo?"
The owner said, "Well, if the timing is right, but those are the expensive ones, aren't they?"
I said, "Yes, it costs about 2,800 yen, so it's expensive.
Master: "Well, I'll consider it..."
So I dropped by a while later and this is the seven lance they had in stock.
It's a bit of a long preamble, but it was delicious with a sourness that is typical of a sake brewed with sake yeast and a delicious taste of rice!
I think it's a little bit different from what you like.

I was looking forward to it because I knew it existed because I had seen it on YouTube a lot.
To be honest, the taste was subtle in my opinion 🥲.
I don't really feel the sweet and sour like strawberries often do.

I heard a rumor that the Kinokan of Nanamoto-yari is delicious...lol!
This is really good lol.
It has a gaseous and umami taste, which is rare for a Nanamoto-yari, but it's quite modern and light.
Personally, I feel like it has a darker flavor of Sanchi!
This is just my personal opinion.

Sake challenge!
So this time it's Niseko from Hokkaido!
I don't know if this is a typical Hokkaido sake or a characteristic of Hokkaido's sake rice, but it has a hard taste.
At best, it is a refreshing sake with a mineral taste.
To put it in a bad way, it lacks depth and breadth of flavor...lol!
But it is delicious!

I found and bought Kubota nigori sake, which I had always wanted to try to buy next time because Tsubu-chan had said it was delicious at an off-line meeting before.
It's interesting that it's sweet and fruity, like ripe pineapple or mango, the exact opposite image of regular Kubota!

I just bought a bottle of Snowy Kayasha, haven't had one of these in a while!
I bought it because I see a lot of comments about how good yamahai tastes when heated!
It's delicious cold and even better warmed up.
It's a very versatile sake!

This is my first yamori!
I've never seen one in Tochigi prefecture, so I'm buying online!
I thought it would be gassy and crisp, but when I actually drank it, I found it to have a robust umami flavor with only a hint of gassiness. But when I actually tried it, I found that it has a strong flavor and the gassiness is very slight.
But it's delicious in its own way!

It's Hakurakusei Junmai!
It's the one that was chosen as JAL first class in-flight sake!
It has a fruity, muscat-like flavor, but you can also taste the direction that Hakurakusei is taking in its quest to make the ultimate food sake!
It's honestly a delicious sake!

It's Kyo no Haru brewed by Mukai Shuzo, known for their Ine Mangaka!
This time I bought their nigori sake!
It's an active nigori, and my impression is that it's quite tasty and rich!
It's delicious!
