🙂 One summer's love, which I had planned to drink someday but hadn't. It has an understated sweetness, but with a tartness that makes you feel like a first love. The acidity gives it a nice sharp aftertaste. Does one summer's love not drag on, or does it? LOL! I don't know because I have never had my love end after one summer lol.

🙂 Toru Yoemon Natsu Ginga is a repeat summer sake every year. It has a slight gassy feeling that only direct pumping can give, and this year it also has a delicious umami flavor ♡♡ lol. I can drink it every day without getting tired of it 😆.

Purchased at a nearby York-Benimaru. Senkou's Kirifuri, which is well known by those in the know! I wonder if it's only for supermarkets since it's not sold in liquor stores?

Jay & Nobby, it's been a while! It's been a while since we've been back, but it's been a day trip. I happened to see the brewery of Aizu Nakasyo when I was driving along the road and wondered if they were selling limited edition nigori. I stopped by to see if they were selling limited-edition nigori, and was able to purchase some!
