I have never had pink nigori before!
They say the natural color is due to the fermentation of red yeast 🩷.
It has a sweet and unique flavor.
Sake is a very deep drink after all 🍶.

I bought this because I love pink nigori.
I was looking forward to it because I knew it existed because I had seen it on YouTube a lot.
To be honest, the taste was subtle in my opinion 🥲.
I don't really feel the sweet and sour like strawberries often do.
