Today I chose sushi, sashimi and comet in the aftermath of yesterday's birthday, and since my son and wife went to bed, I had a luxurious dinner by myself😘. Anyway, I bought some sake I haven't tasted yet and now it's time to try the gara-pon (lottery): ‼️ Second time this year 😭 After we got home, my son touched the calculator and said "I'm studying now! I tried to answer 1 to 5 with my fingers and he answered 4 😳‼️ I thought this is the one, so I put my hand out 🖐 and he answered par 🤣👍👍Great answer, wow, not wrong 👏. I'm so thankful for the unexpected encounter with a major liquor store that I would never normally stop by to show my sister-in-law a variety of sake, and that they're probably selling it for the regular price 😆👍. Then we opened a bottle of Sessho, which I've never had before: ‼️ The aroma is fruity with a slight seme smell and the taste is slightly sweet, but it's a perfect food sake.

We ran out of sake in the fridge, so we went to the nearby Yoshida-ya 🚗💨. Today I went shopping at a local supermarket and found a bottle of sake on sale for 2,000 yen in the sake corner. ‼️ The winner is Otter and Saku, apparently 😃. I don't care what it is as long as it's worth the price. I think it's fun to open a bottle of something like this and to find a brand you don't usually buy 😁. So open the package: ‼️ What a surprise, it was Ganki! I can't tell if it's a winner or a loser 🤣www Well, it's pure rice, so it's probably under 2,000 yen, but strangely it doesn't seem like a miss 😅💦. So let's open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is almost odorless? The taste is sweet but before you can taste the umami, there is a strong bitterness 💦The aftertaste is complex and full-bodied 😅😅It's hard to describe. It's hard to describe😅. In a word, it's a food wine 😁. I would add that it is more 🤔❓ than a classic. If I had to say one more thing, maybe heated sake would be better? I haven't tried heating it up yet so I'll try it tomorrow 👍

I should drink something appropriate for my anniversary 🤗. The other day my son and I won a bottle of Jikin through a lottery. I'm most happy to finally be able to drink something other than Hachitan-Nishiki. When I went shopping today, I found a gara-pon in the gacha-gacha and bought it without hesitation👍I'm going to practice the gara-pon lottery for Horikazu with this 😘I'm going to win a lot this year! I successfully got the Hayashi I had decided to buy quite a while ago ❤️ The only problem is that they only have one bottle so we can't compare 💦. I spent more than 10 minutes trying to decide between Yamada-Nishiki and Omachi, but I went for the slightly more expensive Yamada-Nishiki 🤗. I think I'll have enough to last me until the end of the year since I have a full bottle. So let's open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma is super fruity👍The taste is sweet to delicious with a strong bitterness and good acidity, perfect for a mealtime drink🤣. I'm glad I decided on fried chicken and salted fish as snacks. It's a perfect match and delicious 😋.
