Oroku純米 無濾過 直汲

I had been curious about Oroku for a while and bought it this time. The aroma is graininess, slightly matured. It has a classic atmosphere. The taste is full of umami, acidity and bitterness, and it disappears leaving a crisp dryness. The alcohol taste on the nose is proof of its high alcohol content. But it is not unpleasant at all. In fact, it is rather pleasant. It is not the fruity sake of today, but it is one that gives a sense of modernity. I would like to pair it with a meal!

First time for Nagareki, its standard. The aroma is pineapple, peach, and a little grain. The mouthfeel is smooth and not too sweet, with the umami of rice coming to the fore and finishing with a clear bitterness. As a standard, it is a well-balanced bottle with a somewhat reassuring taste. I would like to try other specifications!

The aroma is citrusy, sour and bitter. There is also some graininess, which is a bit strange. Kaze no Mori has a sweet image, but this one is quite sour. It is close to the image of Shinsei and Sengoku. The aftertaste is refreshing, and the bitterness derived from the acidity makes it ideal for drinking as a stand-alone. As the name "Dry" implies, this is a sharp bottle.

This is the first time I have heard of this sake rice. The aroma is quite grain-like, with even a hint of savory flavor. But there is also a lactic acidity like yogurt in the back, which is somewhat strange. The mouthfeel is super smooth. It has an acidity like that of Yamahai, and a sense of rich maturity. But the body itself is not that heavy, and it disappears with a strong bitterness and alcohol. Is this a characteristic of the rice? I was a bit puzzled by the taste, which was not what I expected from Ni-Rabbit. But it is certainly delicious. It would also look good at room temperature or warmed. Postscript I looked it up and found out that this sake rice is used only by Nitoshi! What a precious rice!

Cheers to Sake Day! So first up was the Tanaka Rokuugo bubbly I've always wanted to drink! The lactic aroma and strong carbonation. The taste is lactic and strongly carbonated, with a beautiful sweetness like pears in the mouth. It is still delicious. Next, let's try it with the lees that have accumulated at the bottom. Postscript When the lees are mixed in, it has a milky taste! But the aftertaste is refreshing and goes well with any meal.

The aroma is peach and melon. Smooth mouthfeel typical of Omachi, with a rich sweet flavor. The lees spread milky and it has a wonderful aftertaste! It is a little different from the calmness typical of autumn sake, but the juicy taste seems to go perfectly with autumn flavors.

The aroma is faintly grapefruit and lemon. Taste is light, with a refreshing acidity and sweetness that spreads softly and disappears with a citrus bitterness In a good sense, this sake is like lemon water or grapefruit water. There are many sake with strong flavors, but I don't think there are many that are so simple to drink.

The nose is fresh peach Slightly yogurt and grapefruit sensation. The mouthfeel is smooth, with a smooth shift in flavor from sweetness to acidity and bitterness. With a rice polishing ratio of 29%, it is a very fine and beautiful sake. It has a nice sharpness and can be enjoyed on its own or as a mid-meal drink.

The aroma is peach and a little yogurt. The taste is sweet and delicious after a refreshing initial taste, then the bitterness spreads slowly, and finishes with a very strong bitterness. It is a delicious sake that I have been curious about for some time.

I drank it at a restaurant before and enjoyed it so much. What a surprise to find it in our house. The aroma is fresh with pear and muscat. It is a very beautiful sake with plenty of gas and sweet and sour flavor. It is light but has a firm umami flavor, and you can't stop tipping your glass.

A bottle from Abe Brewery, which brews Abe The aroma is mellow peach. The aftertaste is crisp, bitter, and dry. I was a bit surprised because I drank it as I had imagined Abe to be. However, it is as easy to drink as ever, and the grapefruit-like citrus flavor makes it a refreshing bottle.

Rice and Agave gives me fresh surprises every time. That rice and kouji seems to be the last, but this is the first time I personally drink it. The aroma has a full atmosphere derived from the rice. As for the taste, it is like a gentle and beautiful sake. It has a mellow and mild mouthfeel with a soft and fluffy sweetness. It does not have much impact, but it is surprising that this is not a sake in terms of its position. I am sure it must be very hard to make. I will drink it with care.

I managed to get this as it was the first sparkling Red Takeshi! It had been resting in the fridge for about a week and still blew up as hard as I could when I opened the bottle. The nose is fresh pear. The taste is also quite pear-like, and combined with the fairly strong carbonation, it was as if I was drinking pear cider. Delicious, too delicious. The bitter aftertaste also helps, and the drink goes down smoothly. I will buy it again next year without hesitation! Postscript Even though I drank it alone, it was gone in 2 hours. I've been drinking it along with other sake... Sparkling sake is still dangerous!

I have fond memories of Hirotogawa Tokubetsu Junmai, which was very tasty, so I bought the Junmai Ginjo as well. The aroma is slightly pineapple. The taste is mildly ricey, with a mild, dusty atmosphere. I wonder why this flavor is so memorable, even though it is not rich in character. This is a bottle to be enjoyed with a meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

Altair from my favorite Ayai. The ginjo aroma is reminiscent of mellow peaches. Sairai has an image of sweetness and deliciousness, but Altair has a little more acidity. However, it has sweetness and umami, and everything is of high quality. This is a bottle that should be enjoyed on its own.

I bought it because it seemed to be a kind of sake that is not often seen but is known by those in the know. I bought it because it seemed to be a kind of Japanese sake. The aroma is mellow peach and pineapple. The nose is mellow peach and pineapple, with a slightly bitter acidity at the back. The umami, sourness, and sweetness spread out, but then the bitterness is stronger and more crisp! The alcohol taste on the nose may be a bit too strong for your liking, but I like it! The strong bitter dry aftertaste is impressive. I will try other specs when I see them. I mean, this is Junmai, right? Hats off to the sharpness, as if it were alsochrome!

Autumn sake from Nabeshima. Come to think of it, I've only had Nabeshima a few times, which is surprising. The aroma is peach with a slight yogurt feeling. It has a lactic acid bacteria feeling. The taste is surprisingly clear and refreshing. It has a hint of umami and sweetness, and it finishes crisp and clean. It has a calm taste, and is a bottle that should be paired with a leisurely meal.

Kenaiyama, the first time I heard of this rice. It is a very special product that is only available once a year, and expectations are undeniably high. The aroma was sweet and delicious, typical of Kangiku. I thought I felt the juicy sweetness that is typical of Aiyama, but then it snapped away surprisingly quickly. I had an image of Kangiku as having a sweet and delicious aftertaste, so this is very interesting. The sharpness of the sharpness is just like a sword. (Maybe that's not what he meant.) I am looking forward to seeing what kind of special bottle will come out again next year!

What kind of sake did you make, Mr. Wolf in Sheep's Clothing? ...... The aroma is rather dry, with a fruity smell with a hint of sourness at the back. The first sip is dry. The sweetness is kept in check, and the acidity and bitterness give it a refreshing finish. It is a "two wolves" wine, not two hares. It has an aggressive flavor that is completely different from the usual. But it has a clear taste that you would not expect from 80% polished sake, and it is delicious in its own way!
