Kabashiko kabashiko♪
I'm sure I'm not the only one who heard the name "Kabashiko" (香子) and this rhythm of a certain Y-tie played in my brain. ......
So, to celebrate the start of the second half of Golden Week, we opened a bottle of our favorite Sanzu!
It still has a fruity aroma with a lot of gas.
It also has some graininess and lactic acidity.
It has a soft sweetness, umami, and acidity.
In addition to the taste of Japanese pear juice, which is typical of the production area, there is a rich aftertaste.
There is a graininess to the taste as well, with a savory nuance.
I am happy to be able to drink this at home.
It would be too good to drink it all in one day, so I will drink it little by little while enjoying the different flavors.
