This is my first Mu Tian Zheng. The aroma is slightly cereal, with a hint of yogurt. It tastes fruity, but somewhat lacking in flavor, like flavored water. At 20 degrees alcohol by volume, it is literally a strong bottle! The Okuharima I drank before was unique but peculiar. From the smell, it has a strong alcohol content. It has a strong graininess and nuttiness, and you can already taste the peculiarity of aged sake. When you take a sip, you will find that ...... is very unique! It has a solid body, a unique acidity typical of Yamahai, and a rich umami flavor that spreads out slowly. I am glad I prepared roast beef as a snack. Gutty red meat goes perfectly with it. It is not something that can be drunk all at once, so let's enjoy it in small doses.

It has an atmosphere that is more like a food wine. Delicious.

🎉Celebrate 🎉200th check! I didn't think I would reach the 200th type in less than a year since I started this app. Isn't ...... bad? Mainly the health aspect. Well, I'll leave such trivial things to next year's me, but the milestone one is MONSTER by Akabu. It has a thick texture and an aroma reminiscent of green apple, muscatel, and peach. There are also tropical mellow notes like mango and pineapple. The taste is sweet with a strong acidity. The core flavor spreads through the strong, stimulating acidity. The aftertaste is crisp with bitterness derived from the acidity, but it lingers for quite a long time, making you want to enjoy each sip carefully. This is truly a bottle worthy of the 200th check. I will drink a lot of it from now on!

Since we were there, we compared the drink with Akatombo. I was lucky to get both of them! The aroma is strong lactobacillus. It has a sourness in the back, but it is much more moderate than Akatombo. Therefore, the taste is quite mild. There is almost no sweet and sourness, and this one has a calmer, more autumnal flavor. Although I compared them, Akatombo and UA Momiji are completely different types of sake. But both are delicious! I am looking forward to seeing what kind of autumn they will bring us next year.
