Maruka Oyama was so delicious the first time I drank it. I still can't find it anywhere but Koyama Shoten. ...... The aroma is sour melon. There is also a slight inkiness. The mellow sweetness that spreads from the moment it enters the mouth is just like melon fruit. In the mid-palate, a dense syrupy flavor appears, making it very drinkable. And yet, it is still clean and not too heavy, so you can drink it as much as you want. I will buy another spec.

This is my first time drinking Harukai and it is amazing. I was surprised to see a little of the contents popping out of the vent hole after leaving it in the fridge for a while. Now let me tell you about the flavor, It tastes gassy! Dark! Sweet! Delicious! It's like a pink cream soda. It's a perfect sake for sweets lovers as it has a dessert-like taste that doesn't match its appearance. Once again, I was reminded of the depth of sake's nostalgia. I would like to make this an annual event.

Gagakuyo has recently been rising rapidly in the red circle. I think I've had another spec before, but I can't remember for sure, so the feeling is that it's nice to meet you. The aroma is green apple, sour fruit. The mouthfeel is quite delicate, with a thin line. The taste is clean and clear, almost like water, but with a dignified sweetness and deliciousness. It is indeed a light and dry sake, typical of Niigata. But it is not just light and dry, it also has a mineral-rich freshness.

A special drink on an ordinary day. What could be more luxurious than that? I have had Hanahayo before, but this is my first time drinking premium sake. The first one is Yamada-Nishiki, which is the best combination ever. The aroma is gorgeous and gorgeous, with a tropical feel. It is full of sweetness and umami from the first sip, and is very drinkable. Surprisingly, the aftertaste is short and not too bitter, making it easy to drink. We recommend drinking one glass a day to enjoy the changes in flavor.

Speaking of rice wine, Yamahai is a type of sake. But then again, I don't seem to remember drinking it. ...... I think I've had a lot of the standard sake. Now, let's get back on track. The aroma is slightly fruity. It also has a barrel-like atmosphere. At first, a sourness typical of Yamahai sake jumps in, but in the middle, a rich umami spreads, and the taste is like that of tasyu (rice wine)! The last part has a classic alcohol taste. The last part finishes with a classical alcohol taste and bitterness. Since it is a bottle of sake, we will enjoy drinking it while enjoying the changes in flavor.

We will have Nagi, which is said to be especially tasty in any kind of kangiku. It is an advance on spring. The aroma is surprisingly calm. It is full of gas and has a sweet and juicy taste. The usual Kangiku is also full of sweet flavor, but I have the impression that Nagi has a distinct floral flavor added to it. It has an image of a flower of sweetness blooming, followed by a bright aftertaste. I have had many Kangiku, but this one is certainly delicious. Thank you for the early spring.

Let's try a brand we've never had before in this series. This time it is Takashi no Tsukasa, which seems to have a good reputation. The aroma is fresh with clear acidity. It has a youthful atmosphere reminiscent of citrus fruits. The first attack is light, but then a deep umami flavor rushes in, filling the mouth with a lingering aftertaste. The body is very rich, and I like it very much. It is not so much sweet and tasty as it is umami, and it is quite drinkable. It is no wonder this wine has a good reputation. I would like to continue to drink it in the future.

I am too new to Omachi to even call myself an Omatist, but I picked this up after hearing that if you like Omachi, you have to drink it. I was already assured of a winner when I bought a bottle of Eiko-Fuji, so I felt safe in buying it. The aroma is mellow mango and slightly banana. The smooth mouthfeel is typical of Omachi, with a strong umami flavor and a lingering aftertaste that lingers in the nose. This is delicious! This MAGMA is definitely a favorite of OMACHI lovers.

I can't help but pick up the Sentori✕UA collaboration. And 2020 is when I wasn't into sake yet. It's nice to see them reissue that. The aroma is citrusy with a hint of sourness typical of Sentori. It also has an Aquarius-like flavor. The taste is full of minerals, clean and clear. The delicate sweetness and acidity are softly cut by a gentle bitterness. It is a refreshing bottle that reminds me of something like Senkou's Kabutomushi. It also has a good amount of gas, which makes it easy to drink too much.

It has a mellow flavor and a clear mouthfeel. It has a calm taste, yet has a certain individuality. We are sorry to hear that Kuroryu Doroguchi will be sold out this season. I would like to drink it with care, but it is so delicious that I am likely to finish it in no time. This is also a good thing, I guess. Postscript I finally finished it. However, one sip of the sake changed my impression. It has a rich sweetness and umami with a crisp finish. One of my favorite brands, Hirotogawa. This is the first time I've had a draft sake. The aroma is gentle yet full. It has a gentle sweetness and a personality that is not too assertive, making it very easy to drink. The taste is somehow reassuring, even when it is a nama-shu.

It's been a long time since I've been to Shinsei Viridian! Aroma reminiscent of citrus acidity. Sweet and sour but beautiful taste. It is still delicious. I want to drink it slowly and carefully, but it is so easy to drink that I am afraid I will drink too much.

This is another brand of Kangiku, which seems to be distributed only in Chiba Prefecture. I saw it at a mail order shop of a liquor store, and since I love Kangiku, I decided to buy it. From the aroma, it is already different from Kangiku. It has a very subdued atmosphere and almost no aroma. It tastes dry, too, and the direction is so different that it is hard to believe it was made by the same brewery. While Kangiku is sweet and fruity, Matsuo's is deliciously dry. However, it also has a softly spreading sweetness. Both have a strong body, but Matsuo Jiman is better suited for a medium-bodied sake. I would like to visit Chiba next time and stock it.
