This is my first purchase of sake from a sake brewery.
I noticed this sake brewery when I was driving to Fukyu-Nishiki at the end of last year and was curious about it.
I was going to buy it in person today, but right before I went there, I checked again and found out that the brewery is closed on weekdays only.
I had checked to see if they were only open on weekdays, so I was hoping today would be the day, but I was shocked 😨.
I was shocked 😨 I don't have Facebook or Instagram, so I rely on their website, but I didn't have that kind of information 😭.
I had no choice but to go to a liquor store near that brewery and they were selling it so I bought it.
There was also a sake called "Kue", but I had a gut feeling that this one was better. I bought it on a hunch that it would be better.
Pale yellow in color, the taste is a bit lingering, but it tastes like you're drinking it! I like it.
I like this kind of sake.

This is the fourth bottle of sake I bought at Hyogo Sake EXPO 2022.
The label was originally missing and the brand name was not written on it, so I registered it as Kiku Nihon, a representative brand.
The brother who gave a light-hearted talk said it was his first time to attend the event and that he had never been out of Kasai for 200 years. There was also a petite young woman, who seemed to be the president of the company.
It was thin and cloudy, with a strong acidity that preceded a guttural cemedine-type sweet and spicy taste. The aroma is also a little strong cemedine. It tastes quite interesting, though it is expensive at nearly 3,000 yen.... Usually, you can buy it at a brewery.
